Description
Guest House Hospital, an oasis in the middle of the chaos of the city, is a structure with a private entrance, a large ward with a relaxation area (gazebo with sofas) and a breakfast / dining area open (in winter covered and heated). All rooms are equipped with private bathroom with shower, bidet and hairdryer, with large mirrors. Totally renovated in April 2018. All rooms have 32-inch TV, fiber-optic WiFi 200 mb and are equipped with a kitchenette that can be used by all customers at full fare (and not cheap). Also present kettle, microwave, fridge, washing machine, iron. Parquet in all rooms and mosquito nets. the area is equipped with a CCTV system.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 30 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

The breakfast is composed of Nescafè soluble Cappuccino, Wilhelm or Mastria coffee in waffle that can be taken in the nearby kitchenette, Grissinbon biscuit with Zuegg and tea or chamomile jam as well as single-dose Bauli croissants. All arranged already in the room at the arrival of the client. It is also possible to make, on request and with payment, any breakfast requested. in the economic rate is not included in the price.

L’accoglienza non è stata delle migliori, al primo contatto telefonico il gestore della struttura è stato poco gentile, ha risposto alle mie domande con arroganza e in modo sgarbato. Per raggiunge la struttura ho impiegato molto tempo, non avendo avuto alcuna indicazione, quando ho chiesto informazioni in merito mi è stato risposto che già mi aveva dato indicazioni in più modi per poter arrivare a destinazione e le indicazioni datemi mi hanno fatto perdere ulteriormente tempo. Mi era stato riferito inoltre, prima della prenotazione, che la distanza tra la struttura e il luogo che dovevo raggiungere era di 4 km, cosa non vera.

Ottimo l'arredamento la cortesia del proprietario e la pulizia. Le stanze nuove e originali nei colori. Il personale poi sempre gentile e pronto ad ogni richiesta. Posizione eccellente vicinissimo alla ospedale Pugliese e a pochi metri dal Sant'Anna Hospital. Bellissimo il giardino. Zona tranquilla. Ci ritornerò sicuramente.
