The apartments are situated in a recently renovated building in the center of Locri, which is 700 meters away from the reserved beach, accessible by both walking and driving.

The apartments are three-room flats, perfect for a family of four, consisting of: 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with bunk beds, a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, oven, table, and four chairs, a bathroom with a rain shower, TV, bathroom and kitchen supplies complete the apartment's amenities.

We stayed at this property for two weeks and can say we had a great experience. The apartment is very close to the sea, in an area where nothing is really missing and everything is within easy reach. The owners, Gianfranco and Enzo, are truly delightful people. We will definitely return. See you soon.

This is our second time to this property in 2 years and it remains our favourite place in Reggio Calabria. The host Fabio is always helpful with local knowledge and contactable day or night. Outside of the property is the wonderful lungo mare and sights of Sicily across the ocean. Lido metro station is 5 minutes walk and the shopping mall is 6 minutes walk with many restaurants in the area. Arrivederci until we meet again.

The B&B Erasippe Residence is centrally located, just a few dozen meters from the Courthouse. Excellent for short stays, as in my case. Very clean and quiet. The manager was exceptionally kind. Knowing that I was arriving by train late in the evening, he offered to pick me up with his car at the train station without asking for any additional payment. I certainly recommend it.

All good, the manager was caring and punctual, the house (even though for us it was used in a Bed and Breakfast formula) offers everything needed for cooking, equipped with all small and large appliances from the washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, etc., to the food processor, really as if you were at home. Cleaning ok, should improve the pillows in the bedroom, a bit low and hard (in my opinion) the bath towels are a bit scattered in the wardrobe. The air conditioning (I tried it with radiators) really perfect and also the hot water all ok, (improve/change the shower handset in the small bathroom). Great location leading to one of the main streets, breakfast is served via voucher in a bar 50m away with very friendly staff and good products. What can I say if I have to come back to Locri I will choose this structure again, we stayed in the Nosside apartment with a terrace.

A comfortable facility well furnished with all comforts. A pleasant week made so by the owner Gianfranco Arone who proved to be helpful in every way to make my stay serene. I highly recommend this structure.
