Our establishment is located on the first floor of an elegant building, 300 meters away from the Pugliese-Ciaccio Hospital, 600 meters away from the Cardiothoracic Department of the Sant'anna Clinic and the Villa del Sole Clinic, as well as 50 meters away from the Juvenile Detention Center and the Juvenile Court. It is also very close to the Nicola Ceravolo Municipal Stadium, and the Bus Station is only 150 meters away.
It is located 15 minutes away from the Calabrian coast and 40 minutes away from the beautiful Sila.
We offer private and secure parking, as well as outdoor parking. Our structure consists of cozy and comfortable rooms equipped with heating and air conditioning, with all the facilities up to standard.
Our B&B offers the following services: daily cleaning, free and unlimited Wi-Fi, HD LED TV in each room, toiletry kit (shower gel, shower cap, slippers, etc.), complete set of towels, hairdryer, refrigerator, iron, and breakfast.

The welcome of the Super Owner, through the phone with two steps I enter the structure intuitive the keychain for access to the room well done cozy it feels like home, the structure is also located at a strategic point, very quiet area, I recommend young couples and families.

The stay was pleasant and the owner of the property very friendly and helpful. However, I would like to point out that we had problems with the reservation: the credit card payment, used as a method during the online booking and indicated as "payment made" by the emails received to confirm the reservation, actually never occurred. So, when we arrived at the property, we found that our reservation was not confirmed to the manager. After a phone clarification, and after confirming that fortunately there were still available rooms, we solved by paying in cash at the time of entry to the property, as the manager did not accept cards or ATMs. I report this because I have often rented properties online for holidays or short stays and this is the first time I have had a problem of this kind.

Buona la posizione a 10 min a piedi dall'ospedale pugliese.
Unico neo anche se segnalato: bagno in comune con gli ospiti della camera vicino alla vostra. Se siete sfortunati e vi capitano dei vicini zozzoni siete rovinati.

Abbiamo usufruito della struttura per una sola notte, ciononostante abbiamo avuto modo di apprezzare la pulizia e l'ordine dell'ambiente. Il signor Edoardo, gestore dell'alloggio, è una persona da conoscere, dotato di una sana e calorosa simpatia. Molto buono il rapporto qualità prezzo. Ritorneremo sicuramente qualora se ne presentasse l'opportunità.

2 notti a l'Attico termosifoni aperti dalle cinque e mezzo a mezza notte, niente caloria la mattina, per l'inverno un po' poco, figuratevi per fare una doccia.
Colazione tutta impachettata, altri B&B tutto fresco e c'era sempre qualcuno che prepara, peccato aver scelto questo per economizzare 5 euro a persona.
La notte la luce risplendeva nella nostra camera, lasciavano sempre la luce del corridoio accesa, mi sono alzata due volte per spegnerla.
Il signore che ci ha accolto gentilissimo e molto accogliente verificate la macchina del caffè fa un rumore di trattore.

Sono stata in questa struttura per 20 giorni, ho avuto un'accoglienza ottima, il proprietario ha tenuto conto di tutte le mie esigenze e per questo lo ringrazio. La situazione è stata tranquilla e accogliente, la pulizia ottima e la colazione abbondante. La struttura ha una posizione ottimale, vicina al centro, agli ospedali, al tribunale e quant'altro.
