At B&B Luppino, we value our guests and strive to provide the utmost in friendliness and availability. We speak English, French, and Spanish to ensure clear communication. Your furry friends are also our friends and are more than welcome here. Our guests have access to a private entrance, personal bathroom, balcony with a view of the sea and hills, and a delicious, abundant breakfast.

We also offer a shared refrigerator for all guests to use. Weekly cleaning and bedding changes are provided, while towel replacements are available upon request.

In "Luppino" we join to the movement for "degrowth happy". We produce olive oil, yogurt, jams, soap, seitan and electricity with a photovoltaic system of about 3, 5 kWp. The installation of our facility will help to avoid the emission of more than 61. 353, 6 Kg of CO2 and is equivalent to 8. 618 new trees planted. All this by using two small roofs !!

Our stay at B&B Luppino was truly pleasant. An oasis of peace surrounded by greenery. The hosts were extremely helpful and very friendly. I really enjoyed every moment. We stayed at this property from 10 to 17 August with two 9-year-old girls. After a very challenging trip abroad, we were looking for a place to regenerate and we could not have chosen a better place. The property is very welcoming and immersed in nature, with a wonderful view of the Gulf of Soverato, very clean rooms and a breakfast above expectations, with natural products and prepared almost always by the owner Gengi. Beyond the place and the magnificent location, the real strength is him, with his professionalism, seriousness, and spirit of hospitality makes this wonderful structure unique and magical. When we left, it was like saying goodbye to an old friend because in that week he made us feel part of his family with his stories, his emotions, and his experiences. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts Gengi, that wonderful magical place that you have built and that you share with the tourists will be missed!

I have been coming here for years, the peace and quiet that can be found cannot be explained in words, it must be lived and understood how much excess we have throughout the year. If you want a quiet holiday, the beach is 10 minutes away, otherwise around you can find many small beaches, each more beautiful than the other. The sea is splendid everywhere.

I can’t say enough good things about B&B Luppino. My great experience started months before my trip with the kindness and care taken by Gengi to make sure my stay would be perfect. His communication was quick and precise and made booking so easy. The stay was amazing, the property looks exactly like the photos and was full of charm. My entire family stayed there and we loved the delicious breakfasts made every morning as well as the spectacular views of Satriano and Soverato. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the patio was peaceful and relaxing. B&B Luppino is a gem and I honestly can’t wait to go back! We miss you Gengi! Thanks for going out of your way to make our trip to Satriano so special.

Staying at B&B Luppino is an extraordinary experience. The property is completely immersed in nature, just like its owner lives naturally. Gengy was with us at every moment of the day. We had breakfast, lunch, and dinner together. He involved us in his life by telling us about his magnificent experiences. Welcomed by Gianfranco's smile, enchanted by the sea view, and lulled by the music of the Ancinale stream, we spent a week of pure relaxation at B&B Luppino. Exceptional breakfasts with homemade yogurt, jams, and fresh fruit. Spacious room with a view of the sea and the valley. An enchanting porch and many green spaces cared for with love. B&B Luppino has its own soul, and it was a real pleasure to discover it day after day.

The structure is located below street level, surrounded by nature with an extraordinary view of the Gulf of Soverato, which is about 7 km away. It complies with the description on the B&B Luppino website, clean and tidy rooms, a very welcoming environment, ample and genuine breakfast. A very relaxing stay, definitely to be repeated. An incredible and wonderful place of peace, immersed in the greenery, situated on a hillside of a splendid hill from which, besides dominating the valley, it offers the possibility to see splendid and colorful sunrises reflecting on the sea. The structure is very clean and detailed, has parking spaces, and is located just a few kilometers from the beaches. The structure is really as it appears in the photos, perfect environment for a relaxing holiday. The goal that the manager aims for in the presentation of the B&B is promptly achieved. The intention is definitely to return there!

The B&B is located in front of a magnificent landscape and the structure is well-kept and welcoming. The hosts are very kind and helpful. Finally, the breakfast is good and genuine: based on local and organic products. Although the town of Satriano is not by the sea, the beaches can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. Absolutely recommended for everything.
