Welcome to LUCIA B&B, an elegant tourist structure located in Acconia in the municipality of Curinga (CZ), recently completely renovated, in a quiet location in the center of the town, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the surrounding beauties in an area rich in art history and gastronomy, near beaches and breathtaking landscapes.
LUCIA B&B, with breakfast included, has two rooms elegantly furnished in Urban style, each with private bathroom and air conditioning/air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort during your stay together with other amenities such as hairdryer, minibar, safe, USB sockets, single-serving samples of personal hygiene products, television and free internet access.
The LUCIA B&B, in addition to maximum comfort, also guarantees safety on several levels. Safety has in fact been taken care of in every detail and is widely guaranteed both for guests and for the structure as a whole.
The rooms are equipped with card reader opening, a system with simple and intuitive operation: just bring the card close to the reader to open the door and insert it to activate the electricity. The opening and activation of the electricity will be enabled only in the presence of an authorized card. In this way, the structure can benefit from greater energy savings and a further degree of safety by preventing the onset of any short circuits when the room is unoccupied.
Furthermore, all bathrooms are equipped with specific alarm pulls. Whenever a local call is activated, by pressing the pull button, both an acoustic signal outside the room and an emergency call to the managers start as well as a message with the room number and the time in order to ensure maximum efficiency of intervention.
To all this is added a refined design and a family atmosphere that make the LUCIA B&B the ideal place to stay for leisure holidays, business trips or romantic getaways.
The cleaning of the rooms and the change of linen are carried out every four days, guaranteeing an always fresh and welcoming environment.
In addition to Italian, French is spoken.

The current Acconia takes its name from Lacconia, dating back to the Magna Graecia period. Still today there are important testimonies of the imposing thermal baths of the Roman era, while in the Norman-Swabian era it was one of the major centers for the cultivation of sugar cane.
The favorable position on the Tyrrhenian Sea, in the center of the Gulf of Sant'Eufemia/Lamezia Terme and in the center of Calabria, has always and historically made it a land of passage and a place of cultural, social and commercial ferment and allow you, guests of the B&B Lucia, to find you at:
- 40 km west of Catanzaro (and from the Ionian coast of the Aranci or Costa dei Saraceni)
- 85 km south of Cosenza (and from the Sila mountains)
- 110 km north of Reggio Calabria (and from the sea of the Strait)

B&B Lucia is located in an alley off the main street of Acconia, easily accessible by car, where parking is always available. The rooms are brand new, very clean and equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, minibar, safe, air conditioning, and in the bathroom, in addition to the classic courtesy set, there are also toothbrushes and slippers, which are rarely found in other bed & breakfasts. Upon arrival, guests are pampered with a pleasant surprise. Breakfast is served in the shared kitchen, on a large counter with stools, which makes you feel like at a bar. You can find everything you expect from a bed & breakfast and perhaps even more, in terms of quantity and quality. There are no shortages of packaged biscuits, croissants, toast, Nutella, jams, fruit juices, tea, coffee, milk, all kinds of cereals, and fresh fruit, but if you want something specific, just ask and you will be served immediately. The location of the bed & breakfast is very convenient: within a radius of 600 meters, there are restaurants, bars, pastry shops, and bakeries; just 2 km away is the beach, both free and equipped, and a few more kilometers away is the wonderful Pizzo Calabro. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay and for those who want to explore the area, which offers both sea and historical and architectural beauties. Seek advice from the hosts Nadia and Pietro, who with their suggestions and immense passion and availability, allowed us to fully enjoy the wonders of the area. We had 5 unforgettable days. Thank you for everything.
