Our establishment is a modern and elegant place, with comfortable and functional rooms and apartments equipped with all the necessary services to make your stay pleasant and relaxing.

Located in the heart of the historic center of Sambiase - Lamezia Terme, in a building dating back to the early 1900s, recently renovated with a modern and contemporary decor personally chosen by the owner.

The rooms of our bed and breakfast in Lamezia Terme are furnished in a contemporary style and offer all the comforts of a quality B&B, including air conditioning (hot/cold), TV, and free Wi-Fi. Available in three options (Orchid, Tulips, and Water Lily), each room has a private bathroom with a spacious shower (120 cm), sheets, towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer.

The apartments of our bed and breakfast in Lamezia Terme are the ideal solution for families or groups of friends looking for more space and freedom of movement. tastefully furnished in a modern style, these apartments are approximately 55/60 sqm and offer all the comforts of a vacation home.

In addition to the main services of the B&B rooms, the apartments are equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, kitchenette, oven, refrigerator, freezer, electric juicer, and toaster. Furthermore, there is a shared laundry area with a washing machine, ironing board, and iron.

Professional staff; Mrs. Ivana was very kind with us and gave us a lot of attention. At arrival time she informed us that we could have had the breakfast in the house or at the coffee/pastry near the B&B. We chose the second one and in the morning she drove us to the coffee/pastry to have a rich and pleasant breakfast. The room was spacious, pretty and very tidy. My daughter told me that "B&B Lamezia Terme" will be our home in Lamezia Terme every time we return!

We only stayed for a day but we really enjoyed it. Mrs. Ivana, a delightful person, was very welcoming and helpful, giving us valuable advice on places to visit. From when I booked this B&B until my departure, I have never received such excellent service. We booked an apartment that was offered to us along with a room to decide upon; we chose the apartment, fully furnished, and to our great and pleasant surprise cleaned every two days. We had access to a laundry, information, and constant contact with the owner, tips and advice. The apartment is located in the center of this area of Lamezia, well served for the beach and the main train station, close to supermarkets, food markets, bars, and within walking distance to Nicastro, another beautiful area to visit. This was one of the best locations/holidays I have ever had in Italy; we even came back from here with over 30 kilos of fresh vegetables and local products. I cannot recommend this B&B enough; I look forward to returning and have fallen in love with the area and the owner, despite the kind and generous ladies who took care of us so well. Thank you.

It does not get better. Perfect. Clean, modern, centrally located, air conditioning, heating, parking without stress, everything you need in the vicinity. Breakfast in nearby confiserie a dream.
