The B&B La Piazzetta is an accommodation facility located in the heart of the center of Roseto Capo Spulico. It is tastefully furnished and equipped with all the comforts: ensuite bathroom, hairdryer, latex mattresses, minibar, HD TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi connection, parking space, and daily cleaning service.

Furthermore, the facility has a comfortable and welcoming bar area where we serve our abundant breakfast (sweet/savory).

We look forward to welcoming you to the fabulous historic center of Roseto Capo Spulico to offer you a stay focused on comfort and good food (with various agreements with typical restaurants and pizzerias in the area) for a truly relaxing vacation.

In partnership with the Roseto Sailing Club, all customers are eligible for a 25% discount on all activities at the Club.

N. B. There are free parking spaces and a private garage available.

We stumbled upon a lovely place by chance, a beautiful ancient village. We stayed at the B&B La Piazzetta, a beautiful location, impeccable cleanliness and care of the rooms, parking for cars. The owners (Rocco) are exquisite people, abundant breakfast, 2 minutes from the sea (by car). Nevertheless, we were fortunate to find everything so beautiful, the structure and ancient village, sea and the management of the B&B. Worth repeating and I recommend it to everyone.

The kindness of Rocco and his colleagues was unbeatable. He waited for us until 2 in the morning (due to a late start because of our work problem) to welcome us personally. The village is enchanting with a breathtaking view and easy access to the sea. I highly recommend it! Massimiliano and Antonella.

I spent a few days by the sea with some friends in Roseto and we stayed at the B&B La Piazzetta located in the center of the town. The place is characteristic and welcoming, the owner is attentive and always present, Mariella, the lady who takes care of breakfast and cleaning, always smiling. It has comfortable parking lots, free at any time of return, and even if not by the sea, if you move a few meters, you can enjoy a wonderful view overlooking the blue sea of Roseto. Giovanna.

Located in the historic center of Roseto, here it seems that time has stopped. A strong emotion to see the grandmother's house again. The tranquility and serenity that can be felt in the small village make it suitable for those who want to escape from the hectic life and stress of everyday life, enjoying a breathtaking view and a stunning sea. The manager and staff are very helpful and always kind.
