Description

Located 700 meters from the center of Scalea and 1200 meters from the sea, "Il Belvedere Guest House" offers newly built, bright, fully equipped rooms with all comforts: air conditioning, TV Led 43", bathrooms with hydromassage showers, wifi, panoramic terrace. All rooms have been tastefully furnished.

The "Il Belvedere Guest House" was built in green building with high thermal efficiency, in which the necessary energy is supplied by photovoltaic panels while the domestic hot water is produced through solar panels, all because we have chosen to pay the utmost attention to respect for nature.

All rooms have been equipped with the Amazon Alexa system which will allow you to activate most of the services inside the room with voice command (Switching on and off of lights, TV, climate, etc).

In addition, each room has a private table on the panoramic terrace for its exclusive use.

Finally, each customer has a free private parking available in the immediate vicinity of our structure.

We have done our best to make your stay as pleasant as possible, now we are just waiting for you.

I had a wonderful stay at this charming boutique hotel in Scalea, Italy. The location is simply unbeatable – perched with spectacular views of the coastline and just a short walk to the lovely old village, full of character and charm. It’s also conveniently close to several famous beaches, making it the perfect base for exploring the area.\n\nCheck-in was smooth and very accommodating, with warm and friendly service. The room was exceptionally clean, with a comfortable bed that made for great nights of rest. The air conditioning and WiFi both worked flawlessly.\n\nI also appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary coffee and bottled water in the room. It’s those small details that make a stay feel special.\n\nOverall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The structure is ideal for those who want to stay for a few days and visit the area. Located in a very quiet position and away from city traffic but to reach the sea or the center it is necessary to have a car (they are still very close). The room is very clean and modern. The difference was made by the welcome of the owners who provided us with valuable advice on how to organize our days.

Great property, just a few kilometers from the main beaches of Scalea and equipped with every comfort. We particularly appreciated the following: - the parking space practically adjacent to our room. - The air conditioning that worked very well. - The automation of every device through Amazon Alexa. The breakfast is plentiful and truly satisfying. We would also like to give heartfelt compliments on the cleanliness, the room was truly impeccable. Brand new structure! A dream bed and breakfast that truly has nothing to envy to a 4-star hotel! Spectacular panorama from the breakfast terrace, away from the city chaos, quiet, rooms with LED TV, minibar, and very comfortable bed. In the bathroom, there is the possibility of turning on the chromotherapy, very suggestive. Beautiful the novelty of Alexa in the bedroom, we had a lot of fun using it. Excellent breakfast, different every day and with homemade and genuine products, we appreciated it a lot! Owners of a unique kindness and availability! Highly recommended.

Brand new structure, very well-kept and clean! Very modern, but the location cancels out all the advantages because it is far from the sea, from the center of Scalea, and from any commercial premises; in fact, you need to take the car for any need (even to buy a bottle of water or some snacks). Rooms are a bit narrow, but sufficient for one night! Another negative point is the unguarded parking along the road of the structure. I would recommend putting a vending machine for drinks and snacks in the common area.

La ringrazio per la buona recensione fatta alla nostra struttura (perlomeno nella parte iniziale. Per il resto comunque non discuto perché ogni opinione soggettiva va rispettata, ma ci tengo solo a precisare alcuni aspetti che oggettivamente non ritengo essere precisi (google maps aiuterebbe molto al riguardo) e che quindi credo sia utile specificare meglio a beneficio degli altri clienti: - Siamo su un piccolo promontorio panoramico a 600 m dal centro (praticamente non più di 10 min a piedi dall'isola pedonale), così come scritto nella descrizione; - Siamo a poco più di 1km dal mare (ancora una volta come detto nella descrizione), e non abbiamo mai detto di essere ubicati sul lungomare; - Abbiamo un parcheggio riservato a fianco al B&B, e non credo sia poco. Se avessimo disatteso le sue aspettative rispetto a quanto indicato nella descrizione, probabilmente avremmo dovuto rimediare alle nostre negligenze, ma dalla sua recensione la soluzione sarebbe stata spostare la struttura di fronte al mare magari con un parcheggio custodito all'interno, ma questo purtroppo non mi è possibile.

Nice hotel but without an elevator so stairs to climb with luggage. Very beautiful and new room, nice bathroom but too small, on the toilet you have your legs pressed against the shower and it's not really comfortable. Also the sink is uncomfortable because it's small and you hit it on the shelf just above.\n\nIt's a place that I recommend all in all but I wouldn't go back because personally I found something unpleasant: I had asked before booking if there was the possibility of gluten-free and lactose-free products for breakfast and I had been told yes. At breakfast I only had a rice drink and some rusks, not even cereals because there was only one type and with gluten.\n\nOn the same day I went to a supermarket to buy something more and the next morning the owner didn't even pretend to ask if she could buy the products herself or deduct them from the final price.. I didn't go bankrupt for 15 euros but I didn't find it professional, after all I paid for breakfast and had asked for availability upon booking.

Ed è solo per nostra negligenza, che abbiamo preso prodotti senza glutine dimenticando che era stato precisato anche senza lattosio e di questo ce ne scusiamo. Se dovesse ripensarci e desiderasse tornare, le garantisco che non sbaglieremmo una seconda volta e la colazione questa volta gliela offriremmo noi, non avendo avuto la compiacenza di farlo prima. Cogliamo l'occasione per condividere una piccola riflessione: Per quanto ci sforziamo di fare del nostro meglio, a volte commettiamo degli errori. La cosa che ci dispiace è che quando questo accade, si tende spesso ad enfatizzare oltremisura le negligenze ed a oscurare completamente tutti gli altri servizi che invece sono stati espletati con molto gradimento. Capiamo che fa parte del gioco, anche se per noi si tratta di coscienzioso lavoro. Forse una maggior onestà da entrambe le parti porterebbe noi in un processo di miglioramento continuo ed i clienti ad avere una chiara e reale evidenza dei servizi offerti dalla struttura.

Kind, welcoming, and helpful people. Impeccably clean facility with state-of-the-art rooms, including Alexa, Amazon's Echo voice assistant that responds to every command (turn on the light, turn on the TV, red light). Located far from the city center or the waterfront, but on the other hand offers a panoramic view of the entire city and beaches, the best B&B found.
