The bed and breakfast "A pochi passi da" is located on the first floor of an ancient building dating back to the early 1900s, in a strategic position just a short distance from the historic center and a few steps from Corso Mazzini, the city's main street, where the Bilotti Open-Air Museum is located.
The Annunziata Civil Hospital is only 150 meters away, and in front of the bed and breakfast is the stop for the fast city bus.
Furthermore, in just 30 minutes by car, you can reach both the Tyrrhenian Sea and the Sila mountains.

Dimora perfetta per un soggiorno a Cosenza, specie a dicembre: centrale-essenziale-ristorazione e negozi a pochi passi.
Alarico affidabile, attento e flessibile: un vero principe calabrese.
Provare per credere (per me superiore alle aspettative, anche Cosenza vecchia).

Ho passato dei giorni meravigliosi, tranquilla in una stanza pulitissima con ogni cosa a disposizione. Il bagno pulitissimo e sempre profumato con una doccia fantastica. La ragazza è sempre stata disponibile anche in orari poco opportuni. La struttura è vicinissimo alle vie principali quindi a due passi c'era davvero tutto! Lo consiglio immensamente.

Ottima posizione da li si arriva in poco da tutte le parti le ragazze che lo gestiscono sono molto cordiali ed ospitali colazione abbondante lo consiglio vivamente se vi trovate da quelle parti.

Semplicemente fantastico, per chi non vuole spendere molto e cerca un buon posto per alloggiare. Le stanze sono piccole ma confortevoli, la posizione del B&B è praticamente perfetta perché veramente a pochi passi c'è qualsiasi negozio o posto da visitare. La proprietaria è gentilissima e veramente simpatica, molto cortese e molto brava nei manicaretti. È stato molto bello soggiornare lì e spero di tornarci al più presto.

Il B&B è in ottima posizione: centrale, ben servita dagli autobus, con tutto quello che occorre nelle vicinanze. Il posto è piccolino ma molto grazioso, arredato con gusto e soprattutto molto pulito. Colpisce l'attenzione al dettaglio e l'atmosfera genuinamente accogliente. La proprietaria è molto disponibile, carina e piacevole: il valore aggiunto di un soggiorno già di per sè molto soddisfacente.

Il B&B è situato in una posizione centralissima centro città di Cosenza primo piano.
Lo consiglio vivamente a chi è di passaggio e a chi vuole utilizzare questa sistemazione come punto di appoggio per più giorni. La proprietaria è una persona di grande accoglienza e vi darà tutte le dritte per trascorrere al meglio il soggiorno.
La colazione è un vero banchetto. Di tutto e di più, favolosa la crostata preparata da lei stessa.
