On the hill at the Cosenza South highway exit stands the comfortable B&B at Renata's house. Located in a 60s building on the fourth floor with an elevator. The apartment consists of 1 double or twin bedroom and a living area entirely reserved for guests where there is the possibility of sleeping for 2 more people, in fact, in the living area there is a comfortable double sofa bed and a bathroom reserved for guests. The apartment, furnished with family furniture, is equipped with a refrigerator, air conditioning, television, CD player, hairdryer, and kettle.
Breakfast is prepared by the hostess using local ingredients. It is in a strategic position, 900 meters away from Carlo Bilotti square (formerly Piazza Fera), where the open-air museum starts. From this square, named after the patron who donated the MAB statues, the main street begins, perfect for shopping lovers. Our property is perfect not only for those on vacation but also for those who come for work, as it is just a few meters away from the Silana-Crotonese freeway, the Annunziata Civil Hospital, the Madonnina clinic, and the villa del Sole clinic. The staff will be happy to make your stay pleasant and relaxing.
