New B&B in Torre San Giovanni located in the central area of the Lungomare, just 50 meters from the low cliff and 500 meters from the pristine sand of Salento (free beaches and equipped bathing establishments), easily reachable on foot.

Its strategic seafront location will allow you to enjoy the sea view comfortably from your room or from your terrace and access various services (newsstand, bakery, pizzeria, trattoria, bar-pastry shop, fish market-fried food, artisanal shops, ATM, grocery store, pharmacy, tobacco shop, and weekly market) without having to use a car.

At the moment, the B&B has 2 double rooms with independent entrances: the rooms are equipped with autonomous air conditioning, mini-fridge, 32" LED TV, small sofa, private bathroom (including toiletries and hairdryer), and clothesline; there is also a terrace equipped with a table, chairs, and umbrella.

Guests can freely use two bicycles provided by the establishment to move around the marina.

Breakfast will be offered at the renowned Bar Pasticceria Martinucci, just 10 meters from the establishment.

The tourist tax of €0.50 per person per day (from June 16th to September 16th) is not included in the rate.

Pets are not allowed.

In the months of July and August, reservations for less than 7 nights are not accepted.

Check-In from 4 pm to 10 pm.

Check-Out by 10:30 am.

My partner and I stayed at this property from 7th August to 13th August. Everything was perfect: from the friendliness and availability of Alessandro, to the impeccable cleanliness of the room, to the priceless sea view location just steps away from the pedestrian area of Torre San Giovanni. Excellent value for money. We will definitely come back!

I've been going to this Bed and Breakfast for 2 years and what can I say? Starting from the owners Alessandro and Francesca, people of exquisite kindness who make you feel at home, the Bed and Breakfast Strapulito is tastefully furnished, facing the sea, in the center, every day you find fresh fruit, a small bottle of water, fruit juice and an aperitif in the fridge. For breakfast at MARTINUCCI, a famous pastry shop, what more could you want. A big hello to the managers and see you next year.

My boyfriend and I stayed for 8 days and it was like a fairy tale, the location of the property is excellent, a stone's throw from the seaside in the center of the village, the sea is very beautiful and clean. We were satisfied, especially we wanted to thank the homeowner for his super welcoming attitude and availability but above all very kind. The room was very clean every day and an excellent breakfast. It's worth more than 10 points.

I stayed in Torre San Giovanni for a few days and I was very satisfied. The location is perfect. Right by the sea. There was even a bike that you could use for free. For breakfast, we were given a voucher for the nearest café. There they had the typical Italian breakfast (coffee and croissant) but it tasted very good. All in all highly recommended. Will gladly come back. Alessandro is also super nice.

Everything perfect. The Vista Mare B&B is very beautiful, brand new and very clean. The location is perfect being on the seafront and therefore in the center of the nightlife. The B&B offers drinks and fruit daily, and a fabulous breakfast. Alessandro, the manager, kind and helpful! We will definitely come back! Highly recommended!

We stayed for four nights and the place far exceeded any expectations. Extremely clean and clearly new room, complete with every comfort; strategic location, right in the heart of the evening stroll, the small veranda overlooks the sea and the best beaches in the area are within walking distance; the managers are lovely and very helpful people, maximum care for those details that make the difference. It reflects everything described in the presentation. Courtesy and kindness set the stage for some highly appreciated attentions such as fresh fruit in the fridge every day, aperitif and water. All new and very clean. With a pleasant and short bike ride you can reach the wonderful beaches with the whitest sand and turquoise sea (I recommend Lido Sabbioso privè) that have nothing to envy to Caribbean beaches. The manager and his lady are very kind.
