New B&B in Torre San Giovanni located in the central area of the Lungomare, just 50 meters from the low cliff and 500 meters from the pristine sand of Salento (free beaches and equipped bathing establishments), easily reachable on foot.
Its strategic seafront location will allow you to enjoy the sea view comfortably from your room or from your terrace and access various services (newsstand, bakery, pizzeria, trattoria, bar-pastry shop, fish market-fried food, artisanal shops, ATM, grocery store, pharmacy, tobacco shop, and weekly market) without having to use a car.
At the moment, the B&B has 2 double rooms with independent entrances: the rooms are equipped with autonomous air conditioning, mini-fridge, 32" LED TV, small sofa, private bathroom (including toiletries and hairdryer), and clothesline; there is also a terrace equipped with a table, chairs, and umbrella.
Guests can freely use two bicycles provided by the establishment to move around the marina.
Breakfast will be offered at the renowned Bar Pasticceria Martinucci, just 10 meters from the establishment.
The tourist tax of €0.50 per person per day (from June 16th to September 16th) is not included in the rate.
Pets are not allowed.
In the months of July and August, reservations for less than 7 nights are not accepted.
Check-In from 4 pm to 10 pm.
Check-Out by 10:30 am.

My partner and I stayed at this property from 7th August to 13th August. Everything was perfect: from the friendliness and availability of Alessandro, to the impeccable cleanliness of the room, to the priceless sea view location just steps away from the pedestrian area of Torre San Giovanni. Excellent value for money. We will definitely come back!

Sono 2 anni che vado in questo B&B e cosa dire? Iniziando dai titolari Alessandro e Francesca persone di una gentilezza squisita che ti fanno sentire come a casa tua, il b.&b Strapulito e arredato con gusto, difronte al mare, in centro, ogni giorno trovi nel frigo la frutta fresca, una bottiglietta di acqua, succo di frutto e aperitivo. Per la colazione da MARTINUCCI famosa pasticceria, cosa volere di più. Un salutone ai gestori e all'anno prossimo.

Siamo stati io e il mio fidanzato per 8 giorni e siamo stati come in una favola, la posizione della struttura è ottima a due passi dal lungo mare al centro del paese, il mare è molto bello e pulito. Siamo rimasti soddisfatti, soprattutto volevamo ringraziare il padrone della casa per la sua super accoglienza e disponibilità ma soprattutto molto gentile. La camera molto pulita tutti i giorni ed un'ottima colazione. Vale più di 10 punti.

Ich war für einige Tage in Torre San Giovanni und war sehr zufrieden. Die Lager ist perfekt. Direkt am Meer. Es hatte sogar ein Fahrrad, welches man kostenlos benutzen durfte. Für das Frühstück bekamen wir einen Gutschein für das nächstgelegene Cafè. Dort gab es zwar "nur" das typische italienische Frühstück (Cafè und Cornetto) aber das schmeckte sehr gut. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen. Komme gerne wieder. Auch Alessandro ist super nett.

Tutto perfetto. Il B&B è molto bello, nuovissimo e pulitissimo.. La posizione è perfetta trovandosi sul lungomare e quindi al centro della movida. Il B&B offre giornalmente bevande e frutta, e una colazione da favola. Alessandro, il gestore, gentile e disponibile! Ci ritorneremo assolutamente! Consigliatissimo!

Abbiamo alloggiato per quattro notti e il posto ha superato di gran lunga qualsiasi aspettativa. Camera pulitissima ed evidentemente nuova, completa di ogni comfort; posizione strategica, in pieno corso e del passeggio serale, la verandina si affaccia sul mare e le migliori spiagge della zona sono raggiungibili a piedi; i gestori sono persone squisite e molto disponibili, massima cura per quei dettagli che fanno la differenza. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Rispecchia tutto ciò che viene descritto nella presentazione. Cortesia e gentilezza fanno da sfondo ad alcune apprezzatissime attenzioni come la frutta fresca in frigo ogni giorno, aperitivo ed acqua.
Tutto nuovo e molto pulito. Con una piacevole e breve passeggiata in bicicletta si raggiungono le meravigliose spiagge dalla sabbia bianchissima e mare turchese (vi consiglio Lido Sabbioso privè) che nulla hanno da invidiare alle spiagge caraibiche. Il gestore e la sua signora sono molto gentili.
