Description

The structure is made up of 4 independent apartments arranged on two levels and on the upper floor/attic there are 2 standard double bedrooms and 2 comfort double bedrooms with air conditioning and the possibility of a third bed.

The rooms have separate entrances and are accessible from the same staircase that leads to the first floor. They have a small kitchenette for the shared use of the guests. They have an equipped solarium and a beautiful sea view.

The distance from the sea is just a few meters, and the adjacent coastline is exclusively sandy.

The beach is the one shown in the photos and it alternates between private beaches and free beaches.

Upon leaving the structure, you cross a small road and you are already on the beach, which is absolutely suitable for children as it slopes gently.

Small pets are allowed with an additional charge of 70 euros for disinfection and prior agreement.
