At 50 meters from the central square and less than 100 meters from the train station, airport and metro station, Il Frantoio 1937 allows you to relax and enjoy the city center, without the use of means of transport. Experiencing Frantoio 1937 is like being a guest in my own home, as the suites are created from the premises of my grandfather's olive oil mill, which he established in 1937. My primary professional activity is for a private company, and the B&B is solely meant to enhance the historical center of my city and the property it is located in, which has been in my family for three generations. The manager, Mrs. Catia, is very kind, providing excellent hospitality. The facility is comfortable, clean, and very functional. To be taken into consideration for future occasions. Highly recommended!

We felt very comfortable at Il Frantoio 1937. Despite the scorching heat outside, it was pleasant inside. Everything very clean and beautiful. The bathroom is a highlight (with the stone wall niche and the beautiful tiles). The nearby bakery 'Ecce homo' with its delicious baked goods was great for us. Lucia, who comes to clean every 2 days, is very attentive and simply lovely! We really enjoyed it here. Thank you very much!

We arrived very late in the evening and the property was still fully available to welcome us at that time. Positively surprised by the suite reserved for us for the spaciousness and the details that made the stay, albeit short, comfortable. Located in the city center allows you to leave the car and reach nightclubs and restaurants on foot, visiting the pleasant historic center. Really satisfied, we will definitely be happy to return.

La struttura è molto accogliente e gli spazi a disposizione sono ampi e ricchi di comfort! Il servizio e la pulizia sono impeccabili e la posizione centrale permette di girare a piedi nel centro di Terlizzi. I proprietari sono davvero molto ospitali e disponibili!
