Casa Boncore

Casa Boncore is a three-story house with a private entrance, designed to provide privacy, comfort, and an intimate atmosphere. The spaces are arranged vertically and feature a spacious living room that opens up to a visible masonry kitchen, creating a warm and harmonious environment enhanced by beautiful vaulted ceilings.

The high loft accommodates a king-size bed, adding character and openness to the space. Below, there is a discreetly integrated and functional single pull-out bed. The bathroom is divided into two separate areas: one for the shower and another for the toilet and sink, equipped with space-saving fixtures that include a bidet. The shower is particularly spacious and comfortable, perfect for moments of true relaxation.

Ascending the stairs leads to a cozy and quiet alcove, ideal for carving out a reading nook or a place to unwind. Outside, the furnished terrace further enhances the livability of the home and features a second shower, perfect for warmer seasons.

The house is notable for its tranquility and the natural freshness of its interiors. It is also equipped with air conditioning, which can be used as heating in winter, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout the year.
