The high loft accommodates a king-size bed, adding character and openness to the space. Below, there is a discreetly integrated and functional single pull-out bed. The bathroom is divided into two separate areas: one for the shower and another for the toilet and sink, equipped with space-saving fixtures that include a bidet. The shower is particularly spacious and comfortable, perfect for moments of true relaxation.
Ascending the stairs leads to a cozy and quiet alcove, ideal for carving out a reading nook or a place to unwind. Outside, the furnished terrace further enhances the livability of the home and features a second shower, perfect for warmer seasons.

Very close by is Bar Gabbiano, well known for its excellent breakfasts and pastries. Within walking distance, you can enjoy wonderful lunches at Mari, offering a wide variety of high-quality dishes.
The most beautiful beaches in the area, such as Porto Selvaggio and Santa Caterina, are about a 12-minute drive away.
For parking, we recommend the streets near Bar Gabbiano—please check for areas marked with white lines.
Gallipoli and Lecce are both approximately a 20-minute drive away.
