Description

Nestled among six hectares of olive and fruit trees, B&B Zia Nì is a serene retreat in nature, located in Valle Sant’Elia, just a few kilometers from Peschici. Established in 2007 with the aim of providing a stay in harmony with the environment, the B&B was built using eco-friendly practices, featuring solar panels and photovoltaic systems for energy, along with an artesian well that ensures clean and purified water.

Guests can enjoy a spacious lounge surrounded by large windows overlooking the valley, perfect for breakfast during the cooler months, while in summer, meals can be savored on the expansive outdoor veranda. The B&B is situated within the Gargano forest, only 5 km from the sea and the historic center of Peschici, known for its cobbled streets and the port from which daily excursions to the Tremiti Islands depart. Vieste is a 20-minute drive away, and Monte Sant’Angelo is located 57 km from the property.

The suites are spacious and bright, offering 45 square meters of space, a private veranda of 15 square meters with views of the olive groves, and impeccable comfort. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom featuring a shower and hairdryer, air conditioning, a minibar, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, and a safe. Towels are changed daily, while bed linens are refreshed twice a week.

Guests also have access to a large, secure parking area with controlled access. The highlight of the property is the unique black-bottom pool in the area, complemented by a new outdoor hot tub installed in the spring of 2024. A stay at B&B Zia Nì offers an authentic relaxation experience, surrounded by greenery and just steps away from the crystal-clear waters of Gargano.

B&B Zia Nì is a beautiful structure. Very spacious room, with designer furnishings, living room, minibar, TV, a large bathroom with spacious shower, veranda with a view. The pool is very clean, elegant and with a breathtaking view of the Foresta Umbra. A whirlpool for evening relaxation completes the offer. The breakfasts, served on a bright terrace, are magnificent: sweet and savory in abundance, fruit and a surprise every morning. The staff is very discreet; follow their advice for beaches and restaurants and your vacation will be wonderful. The B&B's location is not very close to the sea but all the beaches are reachable in a few minutes by car. And in the evening you can enjoy the silence and coolness of the Parco del Gargano, away from campsites and villages. Thank you for everything. We had a great time.

I stayed with my husband at the end of July this year. We had a really good time. Everything is as described in the reviews. The aspect I liked the most is the location surrounded by greenery, away from the noise. The only advice I can give is to further beautify the structure with plants and flowering pots. Everything else is okay.
