Maria Grazia, the owner, is 100% available to meet your needs. Very clean property, comfortable and functional room. Located outside the center of Torre Lapillo(so convenient for parking and tranquility) but reachable on foot in a few minutes. A few minutes from the beautiful beach of Punta Prosciutto. Breakfast excellent and abundant(she prepares what you request the day before to avoid buffet waste). Great place.

Wonderful experience. Very comfortable accommodation, close to a lovely little cove that is not very crowded. The location is truly strategic for easily reaching even the most well-known places. Grazia, the owner, is extremely helpful, welcoming and attentive to guests' requests and issues. The woman who helps her with breakfasts and cleaning is also very kind. Absolutely recommended.

Beautiful B&B, well-maintained and very clean, located in a very convenient area to reach the sea both at Punta Prosciutto and Torre Lapillo, which are 5-10 minutes from the property! The rooms are very clean and have all the comforts for a comfortable stay with fridge, air conditioning, etc.! Breakfast is served in a quiet and peaceful garden with our specific requests for gluten intolerant guests! The owner is a special person and very very helpful! I would return immediately because I felt at home and pampered! And last but not least, the sheets and towels are very clean and fragrant! Nearby, you can also walk to the sea for those who love the rocks!

Location slightly outside the center but still convenient and quiet. The center and Torre Lapillo beach are reachable on foot in about 10/15 minutes. The owner is always available to meet you and help you with whatever you need. Very clean room! Fabulous breakfast: the day before you can decide what you want prepared for the next day: Pasticciotto, brioche or savory. Yogurt and fruit are always available at breakfast! The room had a very convenient refrigerator for putting water and other snacks. Shower with shower box in the room and outdoor showers to wash off sand and salt after a day at the beach. If you want to visit the other beaches, the location is very convenient to the main road.

I spent 4 fantastic days with my husband and a couple of friends! Maria Grazia welcomed us right away with her kindness and care, she offered us coffee and fresh water, it was exactly what we needed after a long motorcycle trip in the sun! We spent 4 wonderful days pampered by her and her collaborator Arianna. The rooms were comfortable, one of them had a wonderful terrace where we could enjoy the beautiful view and share evenings of food and laughter with friends! In addition, she made the kitchenette available to us! What can I say... thanks to Maria Grazia and Arianna who made all this possible, we hope to be able to come back to visit you in the future!

We stayed, my husband, my daughter and I for a week in August. It was our first experience in a B&B and I must say it exceeded our expectations. Maria Grazia, the host, is excellent: always present, helpful and precise. Her daughter and the collaborator are perfect in managing breakfasts and rooms. Our triple room was comfortable and bright, equipped with a fridge. The bathroom was large with a spacious shower box. The clean smell that was always perceived really made the difference. The breakfast was impeccable, always ready to meet our every request. The pasticciotti were excellent and the friselle superb. The location is optimal, close to Torre Lapillo which is also reachable on foot, but at a good distance from the evening chaos. See you soon.

I gave it an 8 for the location just because it's a bit far from the center. However, if you want to have a touring holiday, then it's perfect. This is because it's close to the main road that takes you anywhere.

Newly built structure located about 5 minutes from the sea, although for the more equipped and sandy beaches a car is necessary. And even in this case, they are exactly 2 km from the splendid sea of Torre Lapillo. The owner, Mrs. Maria Grazia, with a kindness, cordiality, and availability, unmatched. She welcomed us with extreme cordiality (after more than 4 hours of exhausting travel under the scorching sun, immediately water and coffee). Unfortunately, the first night there was a problem in the room absolutely unpredictable and not attributable to anyone: she immediately worked to resolve it and in the meantime, to remedy the situation, she made the adjacent room available. Conclusion: absolutely positive experience in the structure, I would repeat it without thinking twice, and many, many compliments to Maria Grazia for the way she conducts the business. A hug to her husband Andrea, often present and very nice and friendly. Well done. Congratulations. May users keep this structure in mind!

What can I say? A week pampered by Maria Grazia and Andrea, two beautiful people who are also very helpful and ready to welcome every request. A beautiful atmosphere. We will gladly return.

Very spacious and comfortable quadruple room, impeccable cleanliness. Excellent value for money. Mrs. Maria is courteous, affable, and helpful with her guests. The property is close to the town center and beaches in the area easily reachable in 4-5 minutes by car. We will definitely return.

The B&B Da Zia Sofia is located a few meters from the beach of Torre Lapillo! Strategic position to reach the sea on foot! It is less than 10 minutes by car from the beach of Torre Prosciutto and 15 minutes from Porto Cesareo. The property is managed by Mrs. Maria Grazia, a delightful, kind, and helpful person whom we thank for the hospitality! She is always available for any need! Breakfast is prepared on the spot and the daily room cleaning is impeccable! You can relax in the front courtyard using armchairs, sofas, chairs, and tables.

It was a nice experience staying at Maria's as she is very friendly, you feel at home, pampered and with the utmost attention. The structure is very well taken care of in detail. Recommended!

Comfortable and very welcoming structure, ideal for us with a 2 and a half year old daughter, it gave us the tranquility and serenity we were looking for. Close to all the most beautiful places in the area, easy to reach and at a proper distance from the center (within walking distance). Maria Grazia, the owner, made us feel comfortable and treated us with white gloves. We hope to come back soon. Highly recommended.

If you want to spend a vacation feeling the scent of the sea, in tranquility away from the hustle and bustle, where you can leave the house early in the morning and immediately go trekking in the Mediterranean scrub that runs along the sea, book here! The B&B Da Zia Sofia, run by Mariagrazia, a very friendly landlady, is located at the end of one of the last small streets in this village (believe me, it's a plus) and overlooks the sea. The cleanliness of the rooms is meticulous, we stayed in a wonderful little apartment used as a bedroom with even an internal laundry room, open-air, to wash and hang out the laundry, and a patio with an outdoor sofa and armchairs. Breakfast is served in the garden and is personalized according to guests' requests. Parking is outside the gate in the small field next to the house. I hope I have conveyed the idea of the excellent choice we made.

Excellent facility with all the comforts for a B&B near the sea, but what makes the difference is Mariagrazia, always available to give you a suggestion or for a slightly early breakfast, or to find you a place to go for dinner. She even found me where to rent a boat. Exquisite and down-to-earth person, definitely worth coming back to.

Mrs. Maria Grazia is wonderful. She hesitated to confirm availability because the air conditioner in the room she had for us was not working. This allowed me to evaluate her honesty and professionalism in advance. The B&B Da Zia Sofia is easy to reach and well connected both to the beaches (Punta Prosciutto, Torre Castiglione or San Pietro in Bevagna) and to the most famous holiday resorts like Porto Cesareo (16 minutes away by car). Wonderful welcome and availability. Rich breakfast and in a very cute setting (you could choose between the garden or the terrace). You need to go there to meet her and understand that what I'm telling you is all true. I will definitely come back.

I stayed one day at B&B Da Zia Sofia, Maria was very kind and caring. Excellent property in a very quiet area, away from the chaos of the town. Excellent cleanliness and very comfortable room. Breakfast with products also on request. Despite the heat, the room was cool, equipped with ceiling fan and air conditioning. It is also possible to take a shower outside, which is very convenient for those going to the sandy beach. I thank Maria so much for her hospitality... We will definitely come back.

Charming and very beautiful place. Maria Grazia is a spectacular person, thanks to her and her great kindness, worth repeating with more days.

What strikes you the most is definitely the family atmosphere with which Maria and Andrea welcome you. They are both very helpful, friendly, and never intrusive. The solution chosen by us was composed as follows: - Entrance with a well-equipped kitchen and staircase - Room - Very large terrace with sea view equipped with a pergola, table, and outdoor sofa. The kitchen was used by Maria to prepare breakfasts but at lunch and dinner it was at our disposal and for our exclusive use (we were informed of everything). On the terrace, you could eat at any time thanks to the shade of the pergola. We stayed dry even during a rainy evening. However, in case of very intense heat, there was no place with air conditioning, since it was only present in the bedroom. Breakfasts were always abundant and personalized. Every morning Maria asked what we wanted for the following morning! They have always been very helpful for any of our requests and this really makes a difference. The whole structure was well maintained and clean. The room was cleaned every day. The not very central position can be a pro and a con. The pro is that you avoid the chaos of the center and any evening noise (it is on Via Surano and the civic number should be around 40). The sea can be reached in 10 minutes on foot but in an area where there are only rocks. To reach the sandy beaches, it is better to equip yourself with bikes! At that point, you can get there in 10-15 minutes. It is better to move by bike and not by car because with cars you get stuck in the little village! The flaws? The room was a bit small, the TV only picked up Rai channels, not exactly close to the sea, but if you think about all the positive sides, these three things are nothing.

I stayed for 3 days and I found it good, the landlady was helpful. The breakfast with fresh croissants, the only flaw our room too small and the bathroom as well, the other rooms are more spacious though for only three days, new furniture, climate, overall it's ok. I recommend it.

Not having found other reviews, I selected this B&B despite having some doubts. I contacted the owner by phone who was kind and very helpful right from the start. In the end, I stayed and I must say that I couldn't have chosen better. Extremely clean rooms with every comfort, owner very kind and helpful as well as Mr. Andrea, very abundant and good breakfast. Definitely a great find, I would return very willingly without thinking of having to find other solutions.
