Araba Fenice Apartments is located in the center of Bari, on the first floor of an Art Nouveau building and is available for short-term rentals.
It offers three independent, air-conditioned accommodations with free WiFi, flat-screen TV with Netflix, kitchen, private bathroom with floor-level shower, hairdryer, courtesy set and bidet.
The first unit, the studio apartment, consists of a double bedroom on a mezzanine, and, in the area below, a private bathroom with shower and a living room with a with single sofa bed, and a small hideaway kitchen with sink, induction hob, microwave, refrigerator, electric jug, juicer, nespresso machine.
The second unit, the suite, consists of a double bedroom, wardrobe and flat-screen TV, a private bathroom with floor shower; large living room with double sofa bed, desk and flat-screen TV and the fully equipped kitchen, equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and dining table.
The third unit, the Deluxe studio apartment has a double bed and a sofa bed, bathroom with shower and a dining area with a small hideaway kitchen with sink, induction hob, microwave, refrigerator, electric jug, citrus juicer, Nespresso coffee machine.

Hi, I'm Giulio, I study medicine and I deeply love this house where I lived for many years with my family, and when I can, I will welcome you personally.
Together with my brothers we have decided to devote ourselves to this activity to finance a beautiful cultural project that is particularly close to our hearts. With the earnings of Araba Fenice we are financing the creation of the "Giardino delle Meraviglie", which is a park that contains the sculptural works of my grandfather, who was a great Italian artist. The garden contains a path where about forty sculptures in iron and bronze are placed and the house museum which was once his first studio. The works and construction times are long and even if it has had ministerial recognition as a cultural asset, at the moment only we are financing the works necessary to make it a real place of attraction and collective use.

Great location. Easy enough to self-check in. The room was a bit cramped/small. The photos look grand and spacious but that certainly didn't apply to the room we stayed in. OK for the price but nothing special.

I came to visit dear friends and colleagues in July 2024. Room located in the city center, beautiful rooms equipped with all comforts (air conditioning, television with Netflix programs and more, complete towel set and more). I recommend staying here and enjoying your stay.
