Description

Bruno has inherited from his father Serafeun – farmer and raboteur (french term for a person who smooths wooden floors) – an old family home upon the sites of a former Nuns Convent, which he partially restored it in the late 60’s. In 2011 the house was almost completely rebuilt, combined with part of the barn, and turned into a pretty Chambres d’Hôtes with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, where to enjoy relaxing moments.

Relais du Paradis is equipped with every comfort and the quiet, warm and cozy atmosphere will pamper you to relax completely.During your stay, Manuela will try to convey her love for Aosta Valley: her native, small alpine region rich in art, flavours and tradition. She will always be available to guests, advising on the best places to visit and will satisfy your palate fby preparing delicious pastries and breads for the morning breakfast.The cozy living room, with a lovely fireplace, offers a small library with tourist guides and books at the disposal of the guests.The rooms are all different from one another and in each one of them you will enjoy a warm and welcoming atmosphere recalling the mountains and the past, without giving up modern comfort. All completely custom-furnished using fir and larch woods and traditional patterned fabrics, they are equipped with private bathroom, hairdryer, safe deposit box, minibar with soft drinks (with the exception of one room), air ventilation for air circulation, Satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, complimentary toiletries. Three bedroom have also jacuzzi or sauna

I am Manuela, I was born and raised in a small town called Introd. I've always worked in the sphere of tourism and dreamed of opening a small B&B for several years.

And here we are, in 2013 together with my family we opened Relais, the result of the renovation of my grandparents' house.

A dream that has come true! Everybody is always welcome!

To experience a vacation in nature.

From our Relais, you can go on excursions with various difficulty levels. Just a few kilometers away, you will find the beautiful valleys of Rhêmes and Valsavarenche in the Gran Paradiso National Park, where you can find trails leading to the Chabod, Vittorio Emanuele, Savoia, Benevolo refuges, as well as lakes and Alpine pastures.

Parc Animalier d'Introd (500 meters from our facility) preserves typical alpine animals such as ibex, chamois, marmots, various species of birds of prey, and a colorful flora.

Rafting Republic in Aymavilles and Rafting Adventure in Villeneuve offer multiple activities: rafting, hydrospeed, kayaking, adventure park, orienteering, and sport fishing.

La Granzetta Equestrian Tourism Center in Vetan di Saint-Pierre offers horseback riding in the "other Paradise"...and we will tell you why!

For winter sports enthusiasts, here is where our Relais is located:

- 13 km from the cable car departure for PILA
- 15 km from the family-sized ski resort of RHEMES-NOTRE-DAME (cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, snow park)
- 15 km from the Valsavarenche cross-country skiing facilities
- We also border the Gran Paradiso National Park for snowshoeing excursions in Valsavarenche and Val di Rhemes.

The structure is wonderful, with a classic Aosta Valley style, taken care of in every detail. I was disappointed that, despite having communicated, my husband's intolerance was underestimated, and therefore for three mornings he only ate bread and jam. It would have been enough to make a cake with oil or offer packaged biscuits without lactose. The final surprise was the supplement for the use of the kitchen, which was not included in the proposed price. Aside from this, I would recommend it because it is really a nice place and Mrs. Manuela is very friendly and sociable.

It will not be easy to convey in writing the beautiful feelings experienced while staying at this facility. The welcome, warmth, and tranquility that invade your spirit as soon as you cross the entrance gate are equal to the beauty of the details that capture your eyes and are the signs that you are in the right place. From the well-kept garden at the entrance, through the common areas with that very pleasant and personal touch from Manuela, to the room that seems like five stars, where spending some moments of the day becomes part of the relaxing vacation. Every corner of the facility fills your eyes with beauty. Breakfast is an immersion in the flavors of homemade products (and I must say excellently made) and also a moment to organize the day with Manuela's advice on places to visit. We found the location excellent for being able to drive and reach the stops of our itinerary in just a few minutes. The Aosta Valley offers various opportunities to visit villages, castles, lakes, waterfalls, trails, and much more. It was a week that healed our soul, spirit, and also our body.

Manuela, is an extremely attentive woman, she treated us with closeness and kindness from the moment we arrived. The accommodation is a typical wooden and stone house completely renovated and very charming, equipped with all modern comforts. Our room was spacious and had a very comfortable huge Queen bed, and a complete shower bathroom. The breakfast is spectacular, Manuela prepares everything in an artisanal and homemade way, and everything is delicious. We would return without thinking for a moment. The only downside is not being able to enjoy at any time the wonderful living room with fireplace and library, as it is only open for breakfast. \nPatri and Miguel.

A welcoming and very large room (Bouquetin room) with a kitchen area. The decoration, the carpentry, and everything else give a lot of character to the establishment. The owner is very welcoming, always smiling, and provides very good advice on nearby activities. It is very likely that we will return.

Delightful hotel and very kind staff. Excellent location, both for the cool climate despite the valley being hot (August) and for the proximity of useful services and excursions. The breakfast is rich and many things are homemade by Manuela. Highly recommended.

We returned to Relais Du Paradis after two and a half years, as we had already stayed splendidly in 2017 in a winter context. We can only confirm that the experience at Relais Du Paradis was once again very positive. The cleanliness of the rooms, the well-organized breakfast, the attention, the friendliness of Manuela, all contributed to realizing a beautiful summer vacation in a place that is strategic for those who want to visit some of the most beautiful areas of VDA. And if it is true that there is no two without three, we hope to be able to return.

We stayed two nights at the B&B Relais Du Paradis and we didn't want to leave. The place is delightful, well-finished and designed in every detail. The hosts are very kind and helpful, the breakfast was excellent, all fresh and homemade. We will definitely come back in winter to enjoy the fireplace ☺️. Great location for the thermal baths of Pre Saint Didier, Courmayeur, etc.

Very pleasant and I would say perfect stay: the location, with public parking a few steps away, the welcome and availability, the information both about excursions and cultural and gastronomic that Manuela offers are valuable.\n\nThe accommodation is new, very well-kept and delightful, from the reception, to the room (ours was "the hiker"), with a nice spacious bathroom, balcony, fridge, the breakfast room and the lounge made available with readings, magazines and brochures about Val d'Aosta.\n\nThe breakfast is superb: savory with cold cuts and cheeses, sweet with delicious homemade cakes, toasted bread with many excellent jams, chocolate cream, biscuits, very good fresh local yogurt, cereals, fresh fruit. What else to say? Highly recommended.
