Once our primary residence, the apartment comes equipped with all modern comforts: a TV, DVD player, a fully equipped kitchen with dishes, utensils, pots, refrigerator, freezer, convection oven, four-burner gas stove, extractor hood, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, mini food processor, as well as blankets, comforters, pillows, rugs, kitchen textiles, iron and ironing board, and a vacuum cleaner.

The first bathroom includes a sink, shower, and toilet, while the second features a bathtub-shower combination, double sink, toilet, washing machine, and drying rack. The apartment provides continuous hot water and independent gas heating.

Located in Derby-Villaret, a small, lush, and peaceful mountain village (municipality of La Salle), it's an ideal base for various outdoor activities, visits to prestigious tourist sites in the surrounding area, and is conveniently close to the ski resorts of Courmayeur and La Thuile, both just 15 km away. The thermal baths of Pré-Saint-Didier are only 8 km away.

The bus stop for the Aosta - Courmayeur line is 250 meters away.

Hiking trails and marked ultra-trail routes start directly from the village.

We would like to inform our future guests that there is a family carpentry workshop located at the back of the house. While it does not cause any disturbance, we feel it's important to mention it.
