The Bed & Breakfast Lo Bré in Pontey (Aosta, Valle d'Aosta) is a warm environment in winter and a cool refuge in summer. "Lo bré" in the local dialect of Pontey actually means cradle, and that is the sensation we want to make you feel. You won't easily forget the relaxation, tranquility, and charm of Pontey and the nearby valleys (Val d'Ayas, Valtournenche, Saint Barthelemy). Our facility is the ideal location for families who want to find the comforts of their own home in their places of stay, for a romantic getaway to rediscover and reconnect, for travelers who love to take wellness breaks and take care of themselves in a discreet and refined environment, for lovers of the silence of nature and tranquility away from the city. During your stay, you can enjoy the following activities: trekking, cycling/mountain biking. You will be welcomed and assisted by the managers who are able to speak Italian, English, and French.

The B&B is located in a quiet hilly area convenient for visiting the local castles. The room was mountain-style, warm and comfortable. The only drawback was the noise from the fan in the windowless bathroom, which was rather annoying; you could also hear the fan from the neighboring room. Breakfast was not included, but the owner, very kind, recommended some pastry shops where the breakfast was truly exceptional.

Wonderful place halfway up the mountain, but easily accessible by car. Hospitality exceeded all expectations, and the quality-price ratio is extremely advantageous. I am already on my third stay at the property, which has become my preferred host for business trips to the Aosta Valley.

The property's location was perfect for us: as we were traveling by motorcycle, we needed a base close to the places we wanted to visit. The room was lovely, clean and spacious. The room was very nice, well-kept, and clean. The bathroom was nice too, just a pity that the shower was a little small but comfortable anyway. If we find ourselves in the area, we will definitely return.

This is a small B&B, very nice, well maintained with wood that takes center stage creating a typically mountain atmosphere. The spaces are ideal for a couple (we stayed in the La Pense' room), for a family they would be a bit tight. To visit the castles, they are an excellent starting point for those looking for a location in nature. I recommend it.

It was a 10 stay. The house is a traditional chalet in Aosta in perfect condition where every detail has been taken care of. As soon as we arrived and parked, the person in charge welcomed us very kindly, explained everything regarding the house, and gave us tips about the area. The beds are very comfortable, the room is beautiful, and so is the bathroom. We rested very well and will definitely stay at Lo Bré the next time we are in the area. Thank you very much!

Comfortable stay and cordial welcome, but you should organize yourselves to serve breakfast (even if indicated). Unfortunately, the location does not even allow reaching a bar in a short time. Overall good.

La colazione per taluni periodi non è prevista, come indicato chiaramente nella nostra scheda (da cui avete effettuato la prenotazione) e come comunicato al momento della prenotazione. I bar sono minimo a 5 minuti di auto dalla nostra struttura. Siamo in un paesino di media montagna, che da un lato può offrire pochi servizi ma dall'altro ha la tranquillità che le grandi località difficilmente possono offrire. Spetta a chi prenota la decisione su dove andare, noi accogliamo sempre volentieri tutti gli ospiti. Grazie.

A super well-kept little place completely in wood, very cozy and quiet. Owners very kind and helpful. \nWe stayed overnight on the night of August 15th for a little escape from the heat of the province of Milan for 2 days. We know the area quite well and it is a point where several beautiful tourist and trekking locations are easily reachable. Thank you very much for everything!

Room all in wood as per mountain tradition, very cozy. The managers are kind and helpful. Excellent Quality/Price ratio. Breakfast a bit poor: only an empty croissant and some rusks to spread with packaged jams or Nutella; no fruit, yogurt but no cereals, only black tea. There is no wi-fi and the connection is poor.

Ma possiamo confermarle di aver servito: cornetto (confermo, è vuoto per poterlo farcire a suo piacimento), yogurt a km0, pane multicereali anch'esso a km0, formaggio e affettato (nel vostro caso del prosciutto crudo di Saint Marcel e della toma Marmottina), succo di mela e mela/mirtillo sempre a km0, marmellate, nutella, burro, fette biscotatte e prugne secche (confezionate). Ovviamente, te, caffè e capuccino. Il tè è un English Breakfast adatto alla prima colazione, se avessimo la possibilità di servire the a km0 lo faremmo volentieri. Per il wi-fi confermo che la connessione è scarsa, stiamo lavorando su questa problematica, ma purtroppo (o per fortuna) in Valle d'Aosta il segnale è talvolta debole. Mi spiace solamente non aver ricevuto questa critica direttamente in struttura (siamo sempre disponibili al confronto), ma nemmeno sul modulo che lasciamo in camera, dove avete segnalato esclusivamente la problematica con il wi-fi.
