Beschreibung

The house dates back to 1755 and is a typical stone and wood structure of the Val d'Aosta, located in a hamlet on the hill of St. Vincent. It is just a 10-minute walk from the center, 5 minutes from the thermal baths, and a 5-minute drive from everything else. The location is ideal for visiting the castles, monuments, and parks of the valley, as well as taking easy and panoramic walks. Geographically, it is in the heart of the Aosta Valley.

We offer two double rooms and a small apartment for guests to relax in a warm and welcoming environment. Every year, we search for new discounts for our guests to enjoy at restaurants, thermal baths, or special events. Just ask us and we'll help you plan your vacation.

During the summer, the garden is equipped for moments of true relaxation, and private parking is available.

Our traditional breakfast is sweet, delicious, plentiful and fresh! We serve cereals, croissants, dried and fresh fruit, local honey, butter and jams, fresh bread and crispbreads, toast bread, yogurt, cakes or pastries, cornmeal biscuits, butter biscuits and chocolate biscuits.

However, we are aware that some of our guests prefer something savory for breakfast and we will gladly provide, free of charge, upon request, eggs, cold cuts and cheese. Don't hesitate to ask.

Just 3 km away from the Chatillon exit, Saint Vincent is a pleasant town that, besides being a well-known tourist center for the Casino and the hot springs, is centrally located in relation to the Ayas and Valtournenche valleys and close to the new Avic mountain park and the castles of Fenis and Issogne and the city of Aosta with its Roman monuments.

The ski resorts of Cervinia and Monterosaski can also be reached in 30 minutes, and the slopes of Torgnon, Chamois, or Colle di Joux are just 15 km away.

Everything was perfect for us. The location is high on the hill, so while the view is nice, be prepared to walk up the hill, which was fine for us but maybe not for elderly or unfit people. \n\nBreakfast was basic but sufficient including tea and coffee and also had tea and coffee in the room which was great. \n\nThe room itself was spacious, light and airy with an amazing view over the valley, surrounded by beautiful gardens. The main town is 5 minutes walk to the main precinct which has many restaurants and cafes. This really is the "real Italy" with mainly Italian families enjoying the area, so much nicer than the heavily tourist areas. \n\nOmar and his wife were friendly and attentive, giving us privacy but still attending to any questions or requests very quickly. Omar was happy to share his knowledge of the area when we were looking for an adventure day to explore our way to the Matterhorn. \n\nThank you Omar and your family for a lovely stay! The Le Rosier apartment is ideal for staying alone or as a couple, as it offers everything needed in a compact but well-organized space. The location just a few minutes from the Saint Vincent thermal baths allows, if desired, to reach them on foot. Last but not least, Omar is extremely kind and helpful!

Quiet and very peaceful place, excellent starting point for excursions both in the central valley and towards the Val d'Ayas. Small but comfortable apartment. Managers very helpful and friendly.

Very pleasant stay, the rooms have a beautiful garden, also suitable for our dog. Everything clean and well-kept. Omar was very helpful and the breakfast was top! The B&B is located just above Saint Vincent but can be easily reached by car, and there are convenient and free parking spaces in front of the property.

We stayed for four nights in this Bed & Breakfast located slightly above Saint Vincent, in a secluded and very quiet place. We were really satisfied with the cleanliness and order of the room, which despite being small, had everything we needed. After the third night, we were provided with a complete change of linens and the room was cleaned, a service that few offer.\n\nWe really liked the outdoor corner with our little table, all very well-kept. The breakfast was also really good, with delicious homemade bread. I would only give a small suggestion to add some fresh fruit.\n\nThe owner was really kind and attentive in providing us with all the information we needed. We felt at home, congratulations!

Long weekend with cousins. The perfect structure for us with 2 sleeping spaces. Being able to prepare tea or other things is nice. One of us suffers from back pain and found the bedding very comfortable. Hamlet above the small town of St Vincent, which was ideally located for us to explore both sides of the valley. We were pleased with the welcome: the couple is from the valley. Helpful.

Very nice place, close to Saint Vincent, but at the same time immersed in the tranquility of the Aosta Valley mountains. Omar and his family are very kind and definitely an added value to our stay. We will come back and definitely recommend it.

We stayed only one night but we were impressed above all by the courtesy and availability of the manager, who anticipated the location of the room and various information with photos via WhatsApp even before we arrived. The room is very well-organized, comfortable, and clean... personally, I particularly appreciated the attached tea area where I could enjoy the various infusions provided. The only points I could highlight are the lack of any mosquito nets because even though it is pleasant to be surrounded by greenery and nature, the presence of insects while trying to enjoy some afternoon rest is not ideal! The other point is that I would have appreciated being able to choose something typical for breakfast, without too many expectations but maybe a slice of homemade cake or similar. Overall, we had a very good experience and if we were to return to the area, we would gladly come back!

We stayed for one night at this accommodation, located outside the center of Saint Vincent but easily reachable on foot in 10 minutes. We received a very friendly welcome from the owner Omar, who recommended some places to eat. The property is affiliated with the Saint Vincent thermal baths, which allows you to get the entrance ticket for 20€.

The owner was very kind and always responded to our communications regarding the arrival time. 3 bottles of water, coffee and tea in the room. Extra gift of sweets. She set aside a forgotten blouse that we were able to retrieve that evening by appointment. Good beds and quite warm shower. Hearty and delicious breakfast. Small garden. Superb view of the valley. City center is 3 km away. Located on the hill, the last part of the road is a bit narrow. Winter.

We stayed for a weekend from 20 to 22 July 2018, my husband and I on the occasion of our anniversary and for my birthday. Enchanting place, clean and well organized. The breakfast was abundant and "delicious". We were in the Yellow Rose room. We also had at our disposal the garden equipped with sun loungers and umbrella, overlooking the valley. It is located just above the Saint Vincent Thermal Baths and is convenient for walks. Highly recommended. A thank you to Omar and Federica, for their availability and welcome.

Delightful structure in Valdostan style. Starting point for many excursions because of its strategic position. The rooms are not particularly spacious, but functional. There is also a kettle to make herbal teas after a day spent in the cold. The breakfast is plentiful and served in a typical room with exposed stones. My children said they felt at home there on their return. Thanks to Omar and congratulations!
