Description
Cozy and welcoming two-room apartment, perfect for ski lovers thanks to its immediate proximity to four slopes that start from the summit and end directly behind the house. Guests can enjoy convenient access to snow activities by simply putting on their skis outside our "Pont Du Caro" condominium, exiting through the rear doors near the tennis court.

In the summer, our exclusive residence features a central lounge shared by all apartments, encouraging social interactions and gatherings. The lounge is equipped with a fireplace, tables, benches for hosting parties, a bathroom, and a ping-pong table. The rear doors open directly onto a large meadow adjacent to a pine forest climbing up the mountain. On the side, a small pedestrian path leads to a beautiful private tennis court, recently renovated. The main entrances of the residence face a stream, offering a constant romantic and peaceful atmosphere. You'll wake up gently every morning to the soothing sound of water flowing just outside the wooden shutters.

The apartment, furnished in a typical mountain style, is ideal for accommodating up to four people: a small bedroom with bunk beds and a living room with a double sofa bed. Both rooms open onto a balcony, providing a pleasant outdoor space where smoking is allowed, and where ski boots and skis must be stored to avoid permanent damage inside.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower and bidet, and the kitchen, brand new (autumn 2024), features a cooking system powered by a gas cylinder, safely located on the balcony. It’s important to note that while cozy, the apartment has limited space, making it more suitable for small groups or families who don’t require large areas. Bed linens are NOT included in the rental.

This accommodation offers a simple and functional solution for mountain enthusiasts looking for a practical base immersed in nature.

Area mid-centre
Excellent location, as it is situated outside the busy town center and nightlife spots (5–10 minutes on foot). The building is surrounded by nature and benefits from being on a quiet, dead-end road that ends with our private parking. It overlooks a stream, creating a consistently romantic and relaxing atmosphere. There are no artificial noises from nightlife nearby, despite being only 5–10 minutes away. At the back, the building is set on a large meadow adjacent to the edge of a pine forest and a snack bar.

The property includes several shared spaces, such as a tennis court, a central lounge with tables and benches, a ping-pong table, and a fireplace. The ski slope leads directly to the doorstep of the residence. In the morning, you can put on your skis directly on the slope, which continues down to the ski lifts (approximately 10 minutes).

**La Thuile: ** The area offers 160 km of slopes spread between the Italian and French sides (La Rosière), suitable for all ages and skill levels. The Planibel is the main shopping center in the modern part of the town, while the historic village remains a true gem. Nestled in the mountains, it retains its charm with its parish church and a few picturesque alleys along the river next to the grand hotel. The Planibel also offers numerous shops, an indoor ice rink, and a nightclub.
The town is a starting point for several significant hikes, including the trail to the Rutor Glacier refuge, where you can enjoy the unforgettable experience of spending the night (highly recommended). Additionally, we suggest a day at the snowy thermal baths in Pré-Saint-Didier. A must-see summer excursion is the summit of Mont Blanc, along with visits to Courmayeur and the enchanting Chamonix.
