In the heart of the historic center, this 26 sqm two-room apartment spans two levels connected by an internal staircase, and has been recently renovated to provide a cozy and functional environment, ideal for two people. On the ground floor, you will find the entrance and a fully equipped kitchen featuring an induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, and a dining table with chairs. Coffee pods, tea, herbal infusions, sugar, cleaning supplies, and all necessary cooking essentials are already provided.

Upstairs, you access the sleeping area, which includes a French double bed, wardrobe, mirror, TV, and Wi-Fi connection. The private bathroom, which has a window like all the other rooms, is equipped with a shower box, sink, bidet, hairdryer, single-use toiletries, and toilet paper for the entire stay. In summer, a fan is available, while in winter, heating is provided by electric thermal panels. Linens for the kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom are included, along with all listed amenities, ensuring a practical and comfortable stay.

The two-room apartment is located in the heart of the historic center, but on a very quiet side street, just a short walk from the main pedestrian street lined with pizzerias, restaurants, wine bars, cafés, tobacco shops, pharmacies, and stores. It is only a few meters from the university, public squares, and parking areas, as well as a supermarket. The cable car station to Pila is easily reachable on foot. You can explore the entire historic center on foot and visit archaeological sites and cultural attractions (museums).
