An enchanting residence overlooking the picturesque city of Aosta, with a magnificent winter garden. A family in search of an authentic connection with nature and extra space fell in love with this secluded garden, rich in tropical plants, hidden from curious eyes but offering a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains.
A house built with attention to environmental sustainability, following the principles of green building, to provide a healthier and more environmentally friendly environment.
Simona and Paolo share their passion for hospitality by opening the doors of their home to guests, welcoming them as family friends and offering them a warm reception, genuine breakfasts, and valuable advice on local visits and restaurants.

You will also be greeted by TABATA, our affectionate Bernese Mountain Dog.
Both rooms in our Bed & Breakfast offer a panoramic view of the majestic Grand Combin, they are bright, carefully furnished (one of the rooms is also accessible for people with disabilities), and equipped with modern and exclusive bathrooms. The rooms have independent entrances that overlook the terrace surrounding the house. Additionally, you will always find a kettle with a selection of teas and infusions, as well as a small bowl of delicacies to enjoy.

Simone warmly welcomes us into his beautiful original house, very well located on the hills of Aosta. Sumptuous breakfast in the veranda, magnificent view towards the valley and the beautiful mountains, absolute silence at night. Perfect!

10 out of 10 for the Bed & Breakfast Ambrosia. Kindness, competence, and courtesy of the owners Simona and Paolo. Marvelous location, breakfast with homemade products at kilometer zero - delicious. Many places to visit suggested by the fantastic and very friendly Simona (half of her culture would be enough for me). Our little dog Fanny has never been so well, free to roam in the fantastic completely fenced garden, to the point of not wanting to go back home. Their dog Tabata will always be in my heart, the sweetest eyes in the world. Highly recommended to everyone. A place of peace and tranquility that soothes the soul.

Very friendly welcome from the owners both on arrival and on departure after breakfast. The breakfast is excellent and very plentiful, made up of cakes, breads, and homemade jams, with a choice of cold cuts, eggs on demand... which we were able to enjoy on the terrace with a view of the Italian Alps. The access to the house is a bit difficult to find, as the house numbers are not very understandable and there are no indications from the road. The width for a 4x4 type car is very tight on the access road. Our room was comfortable, meeting the standards for disabled people. An extra bed allowed us to stay as a party of three, but a bit cramped. A tea and homemade cookies set was waiting for us. It is not possible to have dinner in the village, which is quite isolated and far from Aosta. All in all, despite a somewhat small room for the price requested, we recommend Ambrosia for the welcome, the view, the breakfast.

Structure as shown in the photos, the hostess is very friendly and amiable. She was of great help in recommending places where we could have dinner or lunch and in giving us directions to easily reach the structure. The check-in was more flexible and the host was really courteous in accommodating us with the check-in times.

Il B&B Ambrosia si è rivelato una scelta felicissima per la mia vacanza in Val d'Aosta. La camera, indipendente e pulitissima, mi ha consentito di organizzare la mia giornata con la massima libertà, regalandomi un soggiorno confortevole e riposante. La struttura si trova a 15 minuti dal centro di Aosta ed è un'ottima base per raggiungere comodamente tutti i luoghi di pregio della Regione. Inoltre la posizione regala panorami meravigliosi e un frescolino delizioso, ideale per fuggire all'afa del fondovalle. Simona è una padrona di casa straordinaria e premurosa, sempre disponibile a suggerire consigli e spunti per arricchire l'esperienza del soggiorno, per assecondare curiosità e passioni degli ospiti e per approfondire la conoscenza di un territorio ricchissimo. La colazione, varia, ricca, buonissima, freschissima, si trasforma in una vera festa, un'occasione per iniziare la giornata con un sorriso. Ci tornerò di sicuro.

Location molto suggestiva ed ambiente molto bello e curato, Simona è simpatica ed estremamente disponibile; l'unico difetto segnalabile è la posizione, non comodissima da raggiungere: al netto di ciò non avete motivi per non scegliere questo B&B.

Bisognerebbe dare 11 alla colazione, tutto buonissimo e in abbondanza. La signora Simona è estremamente disponibile e gentile, sempre pronta a soddisfare ogni esigenza mattutina e sempre prodiga di ottimi consigli sui luoghi da visitare e sui posti dove consumare un lauto pasto. Al rientro dalle intense giornate su e giù per la regione in camera non è mancato mai un dolcino e un té, che dire di più, posto super consigliato!

Io e il mio fidanzato abbiamo soggiornato un paio di gironi in questo B&B che si trova a 1000 metri di altezza e che permette di osservare, durante la colazione in una bellissima stanza piena di vetrate, un paesaggio da togliere il fiato. Proprietaria molto cordiale e disponibile sotto ogni punto di vista. Abbiamo trascorso davvero un piacevole weekend.

Had a wonderful stay and the location was fantastic. The directions Simona gave us were spot on to get us there and were warmly greeted. Simona was very helpful in arrange a taxi to get into town for dinner providing us with plenty of information for places to go and eat also gave information for places to look out for on our onward journey. The room was spacious and very clean and would recommend this place to people wishing to stay in Aosta. I hope to be back.

La conoscenza di Simona è un'esperienza mistica. La sua intelligenza, preparazione, capacità di accogliere sono inestimabili. La posizione della struttura, unica casa costruita in bioedilizia in tutta la Valle d'Aosta, è mozzafiato, circondata da tre montagne di quattromila metri. Elevatissima preparazione alimentare che soddisfa tutte le esigenze, sono celiaca e non lo avevo esplicitato: ho potuto fare colazione in modo ineguagliabile. La casa è ricca di vita vissuta, colori, sapori di altri mondi. Bello. Arricchente. Accogliente. Da visitare, inoltre è struttura apposita per accogliere persone in carrozzella. I vostri commenti ci riempiono di soddisfazione, perché cerchiamo di metterli in pratica quotidianamente. Ci fa piacere che abbiate colto l’occasione di provare i prodotti del nostro orto biologico. Dite bene, infatti i prodotti confezionati con la nostra frutta e verdura sono la punta di diamante del nostro B&B. Capisco bene che per chi come noi ha problemi di allergie e intolleranze, non sia facile mangiare fuori casa. Non vediamo l’ora di riavervi nuovamente con noi. Grazie Simona.

Il posto si trova a mezza costa, a circa dieci minuti d'auto dal centro di Aosta. È una villa bellissima, molto accogliente e familiare, così come la proprietaria che la gestisce. Le camere sono eleganti, il bagno comodo e pulito. La colazione ricca di piatti fatti in casa. Il percorso da e per Aosta è veramente poca cosa a confronto con il panorama straordinario delle montagne e del fondo valle, e con tutto quanto già detto. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Sentirsi a casa. È questa la sensazione che hai da Simona, Paolo e Shasa. Era la prima volta che provavamo un B&B in una "abitazione privata". Superato il primo imbarazzo che Simona ha provveduto subito a eliminare con la sua cortesia e allegria, ci siamo trovati benissimo. La camera molto bella e curata nei particolari, ha un accesso indipendente, quindi sei libero di rientrare a qualunque ora. La pulizia è impeccabile e il bagno è molto comodo. Che dire poi della mega colazione che ci siamo trovati in tavola al mattino? Prodotti fatti in casa: dalle marmellate, al pane, al burro ai dolci, tutto magnifico.
Assolutamente consigliato!

Ci piace pensare che la nostra casa dia un po' anche la casa dei nostri ospiti quando ci vengono a trovare. farli sentire a casa anche nella camera del nostro B&B, condividendo pasti e parole con altri ospiti. Ci piace anche pensare che possano riportare indietro, con loro questa sensazione, piegata come una coperta da pic-nic e che possano distenderla come un ricordo ovunque gli capiti di stare. Inserito in uno splendido contesto di montagna, ma allo stesso tempo a pochi km dalla città di Aosta e dalle principali attività della vallata. Siamo stati accolti in maniera calorosa, abbiamo avuto consigli sui migliori vini della zona siccome di nostro interesse e il giorno dopo un'abbondante e sana colazione.

La struttura e le camere sono nuove, il panorama è bellissimo ed i padroni di casa molto ospitali. La colazione è abbondante e preparata con prodotti provenienti, per la maggior parte, dall'orto della padrona di casa.

Abbiamo trascorso due notti in questo meraviglioso B&B immerso nel pieno verde. Leggendo Aosta si viene tratti in inganno, dal capoluogo salendo verso Arpuilles lo scenario cambia completamente e ci ritrova in pochissimi minuti in un paradiso di prati, casette e le montagne (anche dei 4000m tutt'ora imbiancati) che sembrano a toccata di mano! La gestione del B&B è eccellente, con Paola che svolge tutto ciò con una passione dedicata. Siamo stati accolti con un enorme piacere, abbiamo chiacchierato con anche il marito e il tutto accompagnato da un rigenerante caffè e da una torta deliziosa. Le colazioni sono state molto ricche e abbondanti, con tutti prodotti preparati in casa, davvero ottima. La stanza è il bagno molto ospitali e molto ben tenute. Che dire, complimenti davvero e naturalmente nel caso dovessimo ripassare non ci scorderemo di voi! Alberto & Chiara.

Struttura molto bella, dalla quale si gode un'ottimo panorama. Le stanze sono ben pulite e arredate. La cordialità è al top, per non parlare delle amabili colazioni preparate con le proprie mani (e che mani) da Simona! Struttura perfetta e posta proprio al centro della Val d'Aosta, location perfetta che permette di visitare tutta la regione.
