The villa is located on the Adriatic National Road between the municipalities of Pescara and Montesilvano in a park of about 3,000 square meters, only 400 meters from the sea. Its strategic position between the two municipalities is just 4.3 kilometers from the center of Pescara, a few meters from the junction of the ring road that leads to the airport, and 4.5 kilometers from the Pescara Nord highway exit. The villa's free parking area has a charging station for electric vehicles available to guests.

We are two architects who have decided to renovate the family house and welcome those who want to spend time within its walls. The 19th-century Villa, which was once a hunting reserve marked on the city maps of Montesilvano since the mid-1600s, hosted King Francesco II of Bourbon during his escape. The owner, Mrs. Verlengia, has a passion for contemporary art which has made the house a meeting place for many artists, musicians, and photographers, becoming a place to gather and spend magical evenings discussing contemporary themes.

We had a great stay. The villa is immersed in greenery and, despite being in a central area, the room is very quiet. Everything is nearby: the lido is within walking distance and the private internal parking is very convenient. Mrs. Tiziana was very kind and professional. We felt at home and will definitely return.

Discovered through friends, the place is a real "gem" that you don't expect and Mario is a very friendly and helpful host. Unfortunately we stayed only one night, but as soon as possible we will come back for a longer stay and we'll take the opportunity to go to the beach as well!

Architecturally, a truly beautiful property: an old villa finely refurbished with great taste. However, the photos should also convey, besides the lovely garden on one side, the very busy national road on the other. That would be more honest. The check-in is well organized but entirely automated: efficient, but a bit "cold". We arrived at 10 p.m., so I expected that. In the morning there was no one except the lady preparing breakfast. For a place like this it would have been nice to have a more homely welcome (a plus, not something owed!). As for the room, it was very well furnished and the air conditioning worked well (necessary because the rooms are in a very hot attic, accessed by two flights of long stairs). The bathroom is beautiful, but a hook or a shelf would make it more functional. As for breakfast, served on a nice terrace, it should be noted that it is not a buffet. A lot is offered, so I believe it will satisfy every taste.

Beautiful location in Montesilvano. Equally wonderful is the garden with internal parking. The rooms are furnished with unique taste. Ours was very spacious and had a fabulous bathroom. I think it might be the only time I haven't missed my home's bathroom. Very good mattress. If we really want to find one flaw (the only one), the wardrobe may not be quite suitable for long stays. We recommend it as a first choice for anyone spending a short stay in Montesilvano and surrounding areas.

The place is managed excellently, the owner is a wonderful person and very attentive to his guests. The breakfast is very simple and with high-quality products. Everything really perfect, from the welcome to the cleanliness.
Rooms equipped with all comforts, with a unique technological avant-garde in the area (and we have visited many properties there and know the surroundings very well!).
Possibility to use the drying rack in the garden, free parking, easily accessible.
Excellent breakfast, always fresh, complete and if the weather is nice, on the terrace, priceless!
Just a shame about the stairs, but being a historic villa, I think it's difficult to create an elevator.
We will come back!
