Description
The villa is located on the Adriatic National Road between the municipalities of Pescara and Montesilvano in a park of about 3,000 square meters, only 400 meters from the sea. Its strategic position between the two municipalities is just 4.3 kilometers from the center of Pescara, a few meters from the junction of the ring road that leads to the airport, and 4.5 kilometers from the Pescara Nord highway exit. The villa's free parking area has a charging station for electric vehicles available to guests.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 14 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

We are two architects who have decided to renovate the family house and welcome those who want to spend time within its walls. The 19th-century Villa, which was once a hunting reserve marked on the city maps of Montesilvano since the mid-1600s, hosted King Francesco II of Bourbon during his escape. The owner, Mrs. Verlengia, has a passion for contemporary art which has made the house a meeting place for many artists, musicians, and photographers, becoming a place to gather and spend magical evenings discussing contemporary themes.

New structure, very kind owners. Everything really perfect, from the welcome to the cleanliness. Rooms equipped with all comforts, with a unique technological avant-garde in the area (and we have visited many properties there and know the surroundings very well!). Possibility to use the drying rack in the garden, free parking, easily accessible. Excellent breakfast, always fresh, complete and if the weather is nice, on the terrace, priceless! Just a shame about the stairs, but being a historic villa, I think it's difficult to create an elevator. We will come back!

The structure has been recently renovated with great taste: the rooms are spacious and well furnished. Mario, the owner, is extremely courteous. The property is comfortable (also equipped with a garden and a parking lot). Villa Verlengia.
