The Villa dei Pini bed and breakfast is located in Pescasseroli, on San Donato Street, the road that leads to the beautiful trails of the Abruzzo, Lazio and Molise National Park.
Situated in a quiet and private area, the bed and breakfast is housed in a two-level villa with a large garden, lawn, internal parking, and a tree-lined enclosure with splendid conifers.
It has 6 recently renovated rooms - one quadruple, two triples, and three doubles - equipped with satellite plasma TVs, WiFi internet connection, parquet flooring, en-suite bathrooms, and mountain-style furnishings.
The breakfast room features a fireplace and a plasma TV with Sky TV for movie and sports enthusiasts, all for the guests' enhanced comfort. Traditional homemade pastries are also served for an Italian-style breakfast.
The ancient ingredients of Abruzzese tradition, such as honey and jams, provide the necessary energy for practicing both summer and winter sports. The Villa dei Pini bed and breakfast in Pescasseroli is family-run and offers a guided hiking service for long walks in contact with the nature of the Abruzzo, Lazio and Molise National Park.
Special services are provided for horse riding enthusiasts: the possibility of accommodating the horse in their own stables for unforgettable stays.

Excellent hospitality and fantastic breakfast: good selection of fresh cakes, yogurt, fruit, cereals, biscuits. Rosario is extremely courteous, very helpful and kind. The location is not very central but you can reach the center on foot in 10/15 minutes walk (it is advisable to go on foot given the short distance and that all parking lots in the center are paid).

Maximum courtesy and hospitality. Excellent and abundant breakfast with delicious homemade cakes. Large and fantastic garden both for relaxing and for children. Clean but standard room. Bathroom a bit small. Absolutely recommended structure.

The B&B is located in a charming place, full of vegetation and amber. The parking lot is very large. Silence reigns supreme at all hours. The historic center of the village can be easily reached on foot in 5 minutes. The ski slopes are a 5-minute drive away. The rooms are clean, all recently renovated and very well heated in winter. The bathrooms have showers. The staff is very attentive to the customer's needs and very courteous. The breakfast is plentiful and completely homemade. A praise and a thank you to the professionalism and extreme kindness of Mr. Rosario, the owner of the property, and endless special compliments to Mr. Rosario's mother, an excellent cook for the desserts she offered us every day of a unique and unforgettable goodness. Well done! We will definitely come back.

The B&B is located at the entrance of Pescasseroli, about 10 minutes walk from the center. The manager is very friendly and ready to meet any customer's needs. We were accommodated in a not very large room with independent entrance and private bathroom. The only provision in the room, besides towels, soap, etc., was a television. The Nespresso machine for making coffee is always available to customers, free of charge, at the reception. The B&B is surrounded by a beautiful garden with hammocks, deck chairs, and rattan sofas. We took advantage of the garden to read and relax in the shade of large trees. Overall, a great experience. If I were to return to Pescasseroli, I would book there again.

Very welcoming structure, chalet style, we stayed in the attic, recently renovated, very comfortable environment with parquet flooring and wooden beams, the temperature is adjustable independently, new and very clean bathroom and room. Delicious breakfasts, full of homemade donuts and cookies and croissants. It's a Bed and Breakfast but feels almost like a hotel. The owner is very helpful and attentive. Pay attention, however, to the rooms outside the structure, where our friends stayed, it seems that in winter there are condensation and humidity issues.
