Only 1.5 km from Clinicizzato Hospital and Gabriele d'Annunzio University, it enjoys a splendid view with the front facing "Sleeping Beauty", Gran Sasso Mountain, the valley, and the left side offers a view of Maiella Mountain. On the right side, there is a view of the sea.

The owner is really kind and helpful, he even came to pick us up at Chieti station and took us back the next morning! The structure is very beautiful, magical and full of charm location. Very comfortable bed and abundant breakfast with delicious pastries! We will definitely come back!

Alessandro was a terrific host, making sure that I felt at home. His English is limited, but he is very kind and patient trying to understand the needs of his guests. The room had a nice patio with an incredible view of Pescara down below. The location of the property on the hillside is unusual, but close enough to the old center of Chieti. Breakfast was great, and it was nice that he had some chocolates in the room for me to snack on when I arrived. The only downside to this B&B is that the beds are pretty small. I had booked a room with what looked like a larger bed, but because I was traveling alone he moved me to this room, which had a bed that was not quite a single in US standards. That's too small for someone my size. I would make sure to check about the beds when booking. Otherwise, I highly recommend. It is a lovely home, and the value for what you get for a low price is worth checking this place out.

An excellent accommodation in a dreamy and quiet location. Very kind hosts. We felt very comfortable here. It has a very good value for money. However, a car is needed to reach the Villa dei Desideri.

I ended up in Pescara to spend a weekend at Villa dei Desideri. I chose this place because the photos accurately represented it, and it was exactly as I expected! The owner is also very skilled and helpful. Highly recommended.
