Description

Centrally located B&B, the small and cozy room you are looking for between art, culture, nightlife and the sea.

In the historic center of Vasto, about 3 km from the beaches of Marina di Vasto, two minutes from the shuttle stop for the beaches (5 minutes), very close to the castle, the main square of the city, the beautiful gardens and ancient buildings as well as the best cocktail bars and restaurants.

Located a few steps from the splendid balcony overlooking the sea, in a place full of archaeological sites and buildings of great architectural value, in the historic center of the city, just go out on foot to experience the main attractions of Vasto.

A perfect location for couples on vacation or on a romantic getaway, businessmen on business trips, sportsmen looking for a place to relax after exciting excursions.

Upon arrival you will find a brand new structure, completely renovated building with anti-seismic certification, high energy class, soundproofing, research and attention to accessories and details, respect for the environment, attention to energy and water saving. Minimal but luxurious furnishings with warm and natural materials.

Two types of rooms (Deluxe double and Std double) all with private bathroom, emotional shower with chrome-therapy, hairdryer, full LED mirrors, orthopedic memory latex mattresses and pillows for maximum comfort and rest, organic cotton linen and towels, daily cleaning and sanitizing service, independent air conditioning and heating in all rooms, air purification system with ionization, suitcase holder, USB sockets, full LED lighting, free super-fast WiFi throughout the B&B, Smart TV (TIM Vision, Netflix, Amazon Prime) and a free bottle of water; the Deluxe room is bigger (20mq), with a big bathroom, the kettle and a small Venetian balcony. An espresso machine and mini-bar are available in the common area on the second floor (drinks in the fridge for a fee).

With the receipt there will be an extra of 2 euros for the revenue stamp which must be paid at the property.

My name is Mirko, I am the owner, I speak Italian, English and French, I will welcome you in a modern and comfortable structure, the right balance between family and professional environment, in friendship but with discretion; I have traveled a lot for work and I have put my experience to give the guests of my B&B the maximum comfort and a pleasant experience to repeat willingly. Check-in is from 2pm tiil 9pm (late self check-in available on demand) while check-out is till 10: 30am. Access to the facility is open 24 hours a day, no keys are needed, the doors are opened with a 6-digit pin code and / or smartphone with NUKI app installed. All for the maximum discretion and privacy of the guests (each guest will have a unique code valid for the duration of the stay which will open the main entrance and their own room only).

We can organize guided tours in beautiful paths between the sea and vineyards in the hills with breathtaking views (bike rental available for a fee), or a jogging path or a walk to visit the beauties of the city center, the balcony overlooking the sea and the main monuments.

Recently renovated spaces, very pleasant and modern with all the necessary amenities and features. We rented, even if only for one night, all 3 rooms of the property. If we were to find ourselves in Vasco again, we would definitely come back.

Excellent bed and breakfast that has nothing to envy to a hotel. The room is beautiful, equipped with every comfort including a large bathroom with dispenser soaps, hairdryer. Upstairs there is a shared kitchen with a coffee machine, pods, kettle and tea, sugar and a refrigerator with drinks (only these are subject to payment). What impresses is the cleanliness that is done daily and with care that I have not even found in some starred hotels. The location is excellent, a stone's throw from the center, close to restaurants, bars and places to spend the evening. Breakfast is served at the bar located at the corner of the street just a few steps from the property. Last but not least, the owner Mirko, a very kind person always ready to give you the information and advice you need. If I were to go back to those parts, I would have no doubts... I would definitely return to Residenza Aragonese.

Recently renovated, Residenza Aragonese is a comfortable and detailed solution for staying in the historic center of the city of Vasto, allowing you to savor its history (a few minutes walk from Palazzo D'Avalos). I recommend this B&B also for the courtesy and availability of the manager Mirko.

Excellent structure, really just a stone's throw from the center. I chose the accommodation identified as Deluxe Trabocco. Excellent air conditioning, which does not blow directly onto the bed. Perfect bathroom, recently renovated, functional, shower with mixer. Exceptional assistance from the manager, who followed step by step via WhatsApp the needs during the stay. Access to the structure with a keypad code next to the intercom, transmitted after payment. The price includes a voucher for a basic breakfast to be consumed at a choice of two locations near the structure (possibly to be supplemented with a difference). There is no refrigerator in the room, but a common one is available on the upper floor, from which to take drinks leaving the equivalent in coins in a sort of piggy bank. I stayed for two days. Booking made online. I recommend.

My partner and I stayed at Residenza Aragonese in mid May this year as part of a planned stop in Vasto during our bike ride along the Abruzzo coast. Residenza Aragonese is located in the centre of Vasto, a few minutes' walk from restaurants, bars, shops and historic attractions. Despite being so central, the place is quiet and tranquil. The structure has been recently renovated to the very high standards. It develops over three floors, freshly and cozily decorated from top to bottom. Smart technology is used to make the place safe and energy efficient, and a few ad hoc measures make the place environmentally friendly. We liked that. Our room (the “matrimoniale”), located in the top floor, wasn’t very large, but contemporary decorated, comfortable, and pristine. The ensuite bathroom, was spotless and had all sort supplies and accessories. Can't remember if there was a TV, but the wi-fi was extremely good. A window looking over a courtyard, along with the skylight window, made the room ambience even more cozy and welcoming. Mattress and pillows were very comfy for a deep sleep. Outside the room there is a small common area with tables and chairs where to brew coffee or to socialize. There is a small sink and the tap water is drinkable. The fridge was full of all sorts of soft drinks, mineral water and beers. Prices for those beverages are very affordable. Mirko is an excellent host, being friendly, communicative and keen to help. He has offered his own private garage for us to keep our bikes overnight; that worked perfectly well for us, being able the early morning after to take them and continue with our journey. Check in and check out was extremely easy with Mirko meeting us on our arrival. Worth mentioning that Residenza Aragonese has a sort of deal with a few local restaurants to get a discount if you go eat there. Residenza Aragonese is very clean, very comfy, and very pleasing to stay. Mirko is a super host. Highly recommended.

The only flaw is the breakfast, although commendable, every possible conversation with the nearby bars clashes with the idea of a local bar. Opening at 9 in the morning and a somewhat limited selection of products. I admit that coming from Campania I am a bit spoiled by Neapolitan pastries, but opening a little earlier wouldn't be bad. However, this is not attributable to the structure. For the rest, all good.

Un locale, peraltro da noi convenzionato per le colazioni a 100m, apre alle 7am, se me lo avesse chiesto al Suo arrivo l'avrei indirizzata subito. Spero di riavervi presto ospiti, grazie mille Mirko
