The property is located in a well-restored house in the historic center. The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are new and the property is very clean. Lucilla is the added value, very sweet and always helpful. The terrace is spectacular: I would suggest having the hot tub ready. Finally, I believe the breakfast service should be slightly revised to add extra value to the stay.

Come le era stato comunicato per iscritto prima dell'arrivo, e come lei stessa ha ribadito a voce a Lucilla al momento del check-in, aveva confermato di non essere intenzionata a usufruire del servizio vasca, che prevede un supplemento. Essendo la struttura condivisa con altri ospiti, la vasca viene igienizzata, preparata e riscaldata solo su specifica prenotazione. Non avrebbe avuto senso prepararla sapendo che avevate scelto di non usufruirne. Per quanto riguarda la colazione, ci dispiace che non abbia pienamente soddisfatto le vostre aspettative. Trattandosi di una casa vacanze, optiamo per una formula self-service h24 per lasciare massima libertà di orario, mettendo sempre a disposizione un assortimento vario con dolci, croissant, cereali, fette biscottate, muffins, ciambelloni, biscotti, confetture, yogurt, succhi, latte e macchina del caffè sempre accessibile. Al vostro arrivo Lucilla, oltre a mostrarvi tutte le proposte a disposizione, vi ha esplicitamente chiesto se aveste particolari esigenze o preferenze; non avendo ricevuto alcuna richiesta e avendo anzi registrato solo i vostri complimenti durante tutto il soggiorno, pensavamo fosse tutto di vostro gradimento.
