Welcome to our charming B&B, surrounded by majestic mountains and situated in a panoramic location at the heart of the village.
Fiocco Di Neve is a historic building dating back to the 1300s, where the past and present blend together to ensure maximum comfort. Here, you can experience an authentic stay in a real B&B, where the owners live on-site.
Our guests can discover the surrounding area with the help of local guides and our knowledgeable staff. For winter sports enthusiasts, there are sports facilities and ski slopes just a short distance from the property.
Our B&B is perfect for families looking to feel at home, couples seeking a romantic getaway, or anyone looking to reconnect with themselves. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom, bed linens, and a set of three towels per guest (towels are changed every three days). Additional towel changes are available for a fee of 5 euros per person, and bed linens can be changed for 10 euros.
The environment is heated and guests can return at any time of the night, but smoking and pets are not allowed. During check-in, check-out, and breakfast, wearing a mask is mandatory.
We have only two double rooms and no extra beds are available. Only one room can be converted into a twin room with two separate single beds (in this case, a minimum stay of three nights is required). If the stay is less than three nights, a supplement of 10 euros per day will be added.
Check-in is possible from 3: 00 pm to 10: 00 pm, while check-out must be completed by 11: 00 am. Upon request, an early check-in is available for 15 euros per person (for arrivals before 3: 00 pm, subject to availability of the room from 9: 00 am) or a late check-out for 15 euros per person (for departures until 5: 00 pm, only if the room is available that evening).
Children are not allowed to sleep in the same bed as their parents, but each room is equipped with a hairdryer and free WiFi. We also offer agreements with the winter sports stations of Ovindoli Monte Magnola and Campo Felice Sky, as well as Ovindoli Fun Park.
Our B&B has been featured in the "La Repubblica" guide in 2013/2014 and 2016/2017. During high season periods such as Carnival, Easter, August, and from December 24th to January 6th, we require a minimum stay of three nights. In case of late arrivals or early departures, the cost of the room (s) will be charged.
The balance of the stay must be paid in cash, as we do not accept credit card payments. However, we do accept payments through Satispay and PayPal. To book a room, a 30% deposit of the total stay amount is required. Breakfast is included in the room price.

Located in the heart of Rocca di Mezzo, easy to reach even on foot, (we preferred to leave the car in the town square). In this B&B it feels like being at home, characteristic and welcoming. The owner, Mrs. Nicoletta, was very kind, welcoming, and above all helpful. Rooms in order, warm and welcoming, excellent breakfast, which you do not expect to find in a bed & breakfast. I hope to return soon.

Very cozy, warm structure, in a great location close to the main attractions of the area. Essential room (we were 2 people), well furnished and equipped with all comforts (in the afternoon the owner serves Tea with biscuits in the room, a really delightful touch!). Downstairs there is a nice living room with a fireplace, sofa, and armchairs available for guests to relax. Friendly and very helpful owner! We will return.

Property located in the old part of Rocca di Mezzo, near the 'three arches' which are very characteristic. All kinds of shops within easy reach, the possibility to buy ski passes in the square with a small discount by presenting the receipt from the property, and to rent ski equipment avoiding the queues on the slopes. The house is large and welcoming, very clean and well-maintained. Rooms are slightly small but clean, warm, and with a comfortable bed. The owner is kind, courteous, and very helpful. Excellent and abundant breakfast. The only downside is that, at least for the connecting rooms, you can hear everything that happens in the other room. However, I will return.

I stayed at the 'Fiocco di Neve' property for 2 nights with my girlfriend and we had a great time! Great location and the lady was simply unique in welcoming us and making us feel at home. Excellent breakfast and comfortable rooms in a perfect location. We will definitely come back.

Hello, I stayed with my wife at 'Fiocco di Neve' and we had a great time. Clean room and in line with the place. The owner was very hospitable and kind, she prepared different breakfasts for us every morning, much appreciated. The place is ideal for short stays! I hope to come back, regards.
