Description
The structure of the B&B is on the second floor, served by a panoramic lift, of an independent residential building. It consists of completely independent rooms with private internal bathroom, equipped with heating, air conditioning, flat screen TV, minibar, Wi. Fi., and every comfort. A special common area is reserved for breakfast and entertainment. A solarium terrace with relaxation area is available for guests to spend happy hours perhaps accompanied by a pleasant drink or by reading books from our library made available to guests.
My B&B was born from the desire and passion for hospitality, meeting new people, sharing travel experiences and, why not, from the certainty that practicing it, some, without knowing it, have hosted angels (cit. Hebrews 13. 2). The love for travel has developed in me the awareness of living in a Region, Abruzzo, extremely interesting for its location in the country, extraordinarily rich in natural beauty and strong in its cultural and eno-gastronomic identity, which is absolutely worth worth knowing. My presence is constant but discreet and adapts to the various needs of the guests.
The B&B is located in a very quiet residential area, not far from the center of Montesilvano and that of Pescara. It is located 3 km from the Pescara Nord motorway exit and 8 km from the Abruzzo airport. Well served by public transport (line 38 of the public service, stops 50 meters from the hotel and stops directly inside the airport as well as directly at Pescara central railway station). The beach, about 500 meters away, can be easily reached on foot in a few minutes. In the vicinity of the structure there are numerous services of bars and restaurants, tobacconists, wellness centers.

We stayed for 2 nights at different times. The property is centrally located and comfortable with tidy and very clean rooms, equipped with a minibar, tea set, and coffee machine. The manager is very helpful and attentive to the needs of the customers. I recommend it.

Beautiful and cozy room in an equally beautiful building with everything you need and more: minibar, coffee machine, and kettle for making tea or herbal teas. Perfect cleanliness, comfortable bed, excellent breakfast, very kind manager. He was not present upon our arrival, but with his clear instructions, we easily entered the booked room. Definitely recommended structure.
