The rooms for short-term rentals of Punta Aderci Rooms are located about 3 km from the beach of the Nature Reserve, offer a family welcome and are equipped with all comforts.
Immersed in the greenery and tranquility of the countryside planted with vines and olive trees, they guarantee a relaxing corner where you can spend a holiday marked by the rhythms of nature. Guests are offered the opportunity to prepare their own breakfast in the room or outdoors in the garden.
Our structure is the ideal location for all those who wish to spend some time in an uncontaminated natural environment.

The Punta Aderci Regional Nature Reserve protects the most beautiful and interesting stretch of coast of Abruzzo: a succession of sand and pebble beaches, high cliffs and cliffs, agricultural landscapes and Mediterranean scrub, green and blue hues of a stretch of the Adriatic from which it is easy to be amazed.

The Reserve extends from the beach of Punta Penna, adjacent to the Port of Vasto, at the mouth of the Sinello river. The promontory of Punta Aderci characterizes the entire area, embracing the park and the underlying seabed, offering a 360 ° view of the entire Reserve, to which the evening's red sunset that draws the profiles of the mountains of the three is the background. national parks: the Majella, the Gran Sasso-Laga and the Sibillini Mountains.
The information point on the Punta Penna beach is open from June 15th to September 15th and in the months of July and August all day from 9: 00 am to 8: 30 pm.

All the beaches of the Reserve are free.
The only beach with services is Punta Penna: at the information point you can find showers, 2 foot fountains, 1 drinking water fountain and bathrooms open to the public.

We spent three days in this B&B. The owner is extremely kind and courteous. The welcome makes you feel at home. The B&B is surrounded by greenery, where calm and silence reign. The outdoor space offers the possibility to have breakfast or dine outside. We send a special thanks to the gentleman who gave my son his products and especially gave us his stories of youth, bringing us carefree moments. Thank you.

I did not give a 10 to the structure because, generally, it is very rare for me to give the maximum score (10 in this case). A small flaw that I pointed out to the owner was the presence of a couple of mosquito nets with some holes that did not prevent mosquitoes from entering the house. I would have given a ten if there had been an air conditioning system, even though we did not suffer excessively from the heat in the house. However, aside from these considerations, we had a great time and if we were to return to Punta Aderci, which is quite likely, we would be very happy to return to Luigi Stivaletta's structure.

The location is great for reaching the beaches of Punta Aderci and Punta Penna, but it is isolated in the middle of the countryside, without supermarkets or breakfast bars. Breakfast was included, but we had to buy the milk and prepare it ourselves, carry it from the first floor to the garden to consume it. In the room, there is a survival kit with a kettle and a milk frother, with which we would have had to heat four cups and industrial snacks. The only positive note is the fresh fruit. The manager is very helpful with directions and information about events.

Great property! Close to the Aderci Reserve and other places to visit. Our quadruple room was large and spacious. If I may suggest, a small table for breakfast in the room would have been handy, although there are several tables in the garden and you can have breakfast there if you prefer. Luigi is a lovely person. Kind and helpful! He left a beautiful plate of freshly picked figs in the fridge for us. Highly recommended. See you soon!

We had a great time at this property. We were afraid it was too far from Vasto, but it only takes 10 minutes to get to the city center. The manager was very kind and helpful, and also recommended great restaurants to go to and activities to do, like the bike ride from Torino di Sangro to Ortona.

Beautiful property a few kilometers from the Punta Aderci natural reserve. I stayed in an apartment equipped with every comfort (including a dishwasher). The owner, Mr. Luigi, was very kind.

Good value for money! The location is wonderful, a true place to relax. Highlights: the panoramic sea view and the beautiful well-kept surrounding garden. The room is equipped with a refrigerator and a small oven that allows you to prepare quick and precooked meals. For breakfast, there is everything you need in the room to prepare it.

Beautiful structure a few kilometers from the sea with spacious, clean rooms equipped with the essentials. I would recommend just a few more fresh products for breakfast.
