The structure consists of n. 3 new non-smoking rooms, with large balconies equipped for smokers, (where you can sip a glass of local wine and let yourself be kissed by the warmth of the sun..), equipped with climate control and attached private bathroom for each room.
We are a "no-stress parking" facility with two convenient covered parking spaces, you can easily access right under the facility with automated access and leave your car in complete safety, the garage is equipped with video surveillance cameras.
The access and registration paperwork is fast with the ok home self check-in, to offer you the maximum autonomy and simplicity of use of all services, our virtual reception and virtual concierge will give you detailed information about the comforts in your room, activities to do in the area and in the territory, agreements with typical inns, restaurants and trendy places.

I am passionate about travel and tourism. Already during my studies I developed a strong predisposition for hospitality, which then, combined with a healthy ambition and desire to get involved, led me to create a small team (see pescararooms in the about us section) with which we have been offering hospitality in Pescara for years, making our area known with the help of other local tour operators specialising in purely experiential tourism in Abruzzo.

Beautiful room on the central street of Pescara, excellent breakfast available. In the room, there are 2 small hitches: to operate the TV one needs to be a graduate, the entrance stairs, albeit in temporary renovation, are currently a little bit dangerous.
