We are a welcoming bed and breakfast that is perfect for cyclists and adventurers, located in the heart of the picturesque historic center of Penne, surrounded by countryside, mountains, and sea. After safely storing your bicycles in our specially equipped garage, you will reach the entrance of the accommodation via some steep steps that overlook a peaceful brick alley, in a picturesque lane. We are strategically located along an urban bike path, ideal for experiencing an adventurous journey. As soon as you cross the door of our splendid courtyard, you will have the opportunity to relax or prepare for new adventures. Our home offers not only privacy and comfort, but also a sterilized and perfectly clean whirlpool tub between each guest, as well as a wide range of local information and small details that will make your stay as easy as putting a box under the bed in your backpack. Additionally, you can enjoy our outdoor space with comfortable seating and further information about the area. From June to late August, you will also have the chance to use our family's beach umbrella for free at a beach resort, which can be reached in just a 40-minute drive or an hour by bus.

Our family has moved to Italy to enjoy the natural wonders, majestic mountains, and delightful flavors, as well as to live a fulfilling family life at affordable costs. We have been warmly welcomed by the locals, who have won us over and encouraged us to stay here! We were thrilled to renovate our home to accommodate you better. Everything in our Bed & Breakfast has been completely refurbished in 2023, offering a brand new experience. As passionate travelers, we have designed the rooms with your comfort at the heart of our attention. Moreover, by dedicating some of our time to volunteering at the local tourist spot, we are happy to share valuable information about the area with you, whether you are a visiting tourist or considering buying a home here.
