The house is located in the village of Roccacinquemiglia, situated between Castel di Sangro and Roccaraso, in a peaceful and scenic area that allows for a full experience of the Abruzzo mountains. Recently renovated, the property spans three levels and combines modern comforts with a rustic charm, providing ideal spaces for both families and groups of friends.

On the main floor, you'll find the living area, featuring a spacious living room and a well-equipped kitchen, perfect for sharing meals around the large dining table. On the lower level, the tavern with a fireplace creates an intimate and cozy atmosphere, ideal for relaxing after a day outdoors; this area also includes a double sofa bed and a guest bathroom. The upper floor hosts the sleeping quarters, which consist of a master bedroom, a room with bunk beds, and a bathroom with a shower.

Guests can enjoy complete independence in the house, cook on their own, and appreciate the pleasure of an authentic stay amidst silence, fresh air, and the warmth of a lit fireplace.
