The apartment is located on the ground floor and consists of a bedroom with a French-size double bed, a bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, and a bright open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen.
Guests have access to a private parking space right next to the apartment, a particularly convenient feature for exploring Lanciano and the surrounding area by car.
The kitchen is fully equipped, and the apartment also offers free Wi-Fi, Smart TV and air conditioning in both the living area and bedroom.
