Everything was beautiful, even the sea view, but with a major issue: being close to State Road 16 (with lots of noisy vehicles speeding by) and the beach clubs (playing loud music until 4 in the morning) do not allow for proper rest. The owner, super kind, later informed me that, in advance, upon request, rooms at the back of the building are also available.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura solo 5 giorni, e appena entrati nel mini appartamento subito abbiamo notato l'eccellente pulizia. Il B&B si trova a pochi passi dal mare e dalla pista ciclabile che da Fossacesia arriva fino a San Vito Chietino, toccando spiagge meravigliose. Struttura consigliatissima.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per una sola notte, il posto è molto pulito, ambienti comodi dove non manca davvero nulla. La posizione è abbastanza buona, comoda da raggiungere sicuramente. La signora Sabrina, gentilissima, ci ha dato molti consigli su come spostarci. Sicuramente in futuro terremo presente questa struttura, sperando in un soggiorno più lungo.

Abbiamo soggiornato per quattro giorni nel monolocale vista mare stupendo. La signora Sabrina ottima padrona di casa, il posto è bellissimo, nuovo e attrezzato di tutto, sotto c’è anche un mini market comodissimo e un parco giochi curato per i bambini. Bellissimo posto, vicino al mare, ci torneremo sicuramente. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, unica cosa speriamo di trovare l’aria condizionata funzionante.

B&B appena ristrutturato (finemente) qualcosa ancora da rifinire, ma posizione accoglienza veramente ottimi. Ottima la colazione in camera fai da te con tutto e dico tutto il necessario.
Il Gestore (Sabrina) disponibilissima gentilissima in tutto. Ci torno sicuramente.

Vista spettacolare, B&b completamente ristrutturato, completo di tutti i servizi, macchina del caffè, microonde, letto comodissimo, si sente ancora il profumo di nuovo! Colazione abbondante e completa di tutto! I gestori sono davvero gentili e disponibili per ogni cosa! Insomma un posto meraviglioso dove rilassarsi e staccare veramente da tutto! C’è anche un piccolo parco giochi interno per far divertire i bambini, e il posto auto.
Ci torneremo sicuramente presto! Consigliatissimo!

Struttura carina, proprio fronte mare, a 2 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia.
Parcheggio per la macchina, appartamento grande, con terrazzo su cui poter mangiare.

Il monolocale dove ho soggiornato molto carino, nuovo con vista mare. È sulla strada statale adriatica quindi si sente rumore. Sono stata bene forse maggiore attenzione al mio arrivo poco chiaro l'ingresso.

Stayed here for the weekend rock and roll music festival. Sabrina the owner is lovely and very helpful. The apartment was spacious and roomy with a lovely balcony. A small kitchen area, coffee machine Tec was fantastic. The bathroom was spacious with a large shower. The apartment is obviously quite new as everything looked like new. There is undercover parking which is a bonus. Highly recommended and we will use it again as well as our other family members will. Many thanks Sabrina for a lovely stay.
