The Bed and Breakfast "Licia" is located in Ortona a Mare, a small medieval town on the beautiful coast of Chieti province, the perfect place for a relaxing vacation or even a weekend getaway, a moment of pause from daily stress.

We had a good time, except for a few small adjustments needed in the bathroom area. The room is okay. Also, more cleaning and order in the breakfast courtyard/garden would make everything more pleasant. In short, the rating is very positive; just a little less neglect and it would be top.

The structure is made up of a multi-storey building, equipped with an elevator, and the spaces are excellently distributed. Rooms and common areas cleaned every day. The location of the structure near the center and although a little far from the sea, a car is needed, about 5 minutes. The manager is a very kind and extremely helpful person who knows how to manage the structure excellently, even in a particularly difficult period due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The only note is the breakfast just sufficient. Overall judgment excellent quality/price ratio. Personally, my wife and I, who is also seven months pregnant, were very satisfied. A heartfelt thanks to the manager and all the staff. Recommended.

A bed and breakfast with hotel-like services. Spacious room and bathroom, huge terraces, guaranteed cleanliness every day, pleasant outdoor breakfast area among lush plants. Immediate accessibility to the city center but easy parking opportunities nearby.

Personally, I did not use the facility but I booked for a group of 27 Japanese guests invited to my daughter's wedding. Their satisfaction and positive comments repay my choice of the structure and the owner who managed and satisfied the guests. A heartfelt thanks to the property manager! Thank you.

After hours of queueing on the highway, we decided to spend the night in Ortona. Recommended by a bartender, we stayed at the Licia B&B, two rooms for two adults and two kids. I just have to say that besides the kindness, cleanliness, patience (many exhausted drivers from the long highway queue due to an accident), the owner moved his car from the garage for ours, and even parked it himself! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, we highly recommend it to everyone! Brand new and comfortable rooms at a more than fair price. See you soon! The structure is similar to a hotel and does not have the characteristics of a B&B. We were not given information about the city or our location. The breakfast is that of a bar, although the people are kind, the familiar relationship is lacking. We must thank for the availability of garage parking for the motorcycle without extra charge.
