Description

The B&B Le City is located in Montesilvano, in close proximity to the city of Pescara. The rooms, spacious and bright, all have private bathrooms, air conditioning, flat-screen TVs, minibars, hairdryers, and complimentary toiletries. Every space is carefully furnished, with special attention given to cleanliness. The mattresses and pillows are all made of memory foam and covered with hypoallergenic and anti-dust mite covers.

Our residence is perfect for families who want to feel at home, ideal for business stays, and quiet and private for a romantic vacation. While we respect your privacy, we will be available on-site to provide you with directions and recommendations on places to visit, activities, and scheduled events.

Great experience, the property is conveniently located for both the city center of Pescara and the beach, easily accessible. New, very clean, spacious, and equipped with everything you need, very comfortable bed with memory foam pillows and mattresses. The manager is a helpful, friendly, and kind person. I definitely recommend it.

Very well-kept B&B, well-furnished and very clean. Daniele, the owner, is an exquisite person, very kind and extremely helpful. He gave us excellent indications on what to visit. The B&B's location is in a quiet but strategic area, a stone's throw from the sea and close to the main road that takes you to any area of Abruzzo you want to visit. We were on a motorcycle and could park in the closed courtyard, which is not trivial! Highly recommended and if I return to Abruzzo, I will certainly stay here.

We stayed 10 days in Montesilvano at the B&B Le City and we had a great time. Daniele is friendly and helpful, he gave us advice on beach resorts, places to visit, restaurants. The room was very clean with comfortable beds and a coffee machine. Accurate and dedicated breakfast service. Bicycles available for guests.

New and well-maintained structure just a few minutes walk from the beach. Quiet area. The owner is a fantastic person, helpful and guides you on how to make the most of your vacation with advice on places and locations. The bikes available for guests are also excellent. Breakfast with local products and homemade desserts.

B&B Le City is a truly beautiful, well-kept, and clean property. It is located in an easily accessible area, close to the promenade and in a strategic position to reach both the center of Montesilvano and Pescara. Daniele, the manager, was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful in any situation: he took care to advise us on how to move around, provided bicycles to make our transportation easier, and was available at any time for anything we needed. We felt truly welcomed, like at home. And if we were to be in that area again, we will definitely come back to visit. It is a highly recommended property!

The place is well cared for down to the smallest details, very clean, comfortable, and equipped with every comfort even for long stays. The location is great. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious: ranging from homemade cakes and cupcakes by Daniele's mother, to croissants specially bought at the bakery, to stuffed focaccias. If there had been a score higher than 10, I would have given it. Daniele is a friendly and kind guy, I can't wait to return! Thank you.

Excellent value for money. The room is brand new with particular attention to detail. The manager is very kind and extremely helpful. With a short walk, you are by the sea and there are several restaurants, a pharmacy, and various shops just a few steps from the property.

Brand new and detailed structure. It has rooms with and without kitchen, plus a very nice ground floor apartment. Daniele, the owner, is very attentive, kind and helpful; he also provides bikes for guests (including child seats) free of charge, and considering the convenient bike path, they are really useful. The B&B is located on the border with Pescara, so in the evening the seafront is very lively and full of small restaurants right on the sea. I highly recommend it to everyone, couples with children and without, as it offers accommodations for all needs.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui e per la prima volta con la nostra bimba di cinque mesi; la struttura é nuovissima e pulitissima, al di sopra di qualsiasi altro standard. Sala colazione fornitissima, non mancava nulla. Struttura a pochi passi dal mare e allo stesso tempo fuori dal traffico cittadino. Parcheggio interno al cortile con cancello automatico. Se vi trovate nelle zone di Montesilvano non esitate nello scegliere B&B Le City per il vostro soggiorno.

Io e mia moglie abbiamo dormito 4 notti e ci siamo trovati benissimo. L'appartamento è spazioso arredato con gusto. Daniele è molto disponibile, gentile e cordiale. Le torte fatte da mamma sono buonissime. Tutto perfetto, da consigliare.

Abbiamo soggiornato nel B&B per una notte di passaggio da Pescara. Le foto ci avevano già entusiasmato ma all'arrivo siamo rimaste stupite dalla pulizia, dall'arredo delle stanze, curate in ogni minimo dettaglio ma soprattutto dalla disponibilità, gentilezza e cordialità di Daniele, il proprietario della struttura che ci ha mostrato l'appartamento (tra l'altro molto spazioso e funzionale) e l'abbondante colazione che ci ha lasciato senza fiato sia per la grandissima varietà sia per la bontà (in particolare la crostata al limone fatta in casa, una vera prelibatezza). Ci ha anche dato indicazioni per muoverci e mangiare a Pescara e si è reso disponibile per qualsiasi eventuale problema: veramente unico. Come rapporto qualità prezzo è buonissimo e lo consiglio vivamente per un soggiorno in un'ambiente familiare e accogliente, raro da trovare di questi giorni.

Di passaggio al ritorno dalla Puglia ci siamo fermati un giorno. Ottima esperienza. Ambiente molto curato e pulito. Molto carino l'appartamentino, altrettanto carina la zona cucina in comune, in cui è tutto (dolce, salato, fatto in casa o confezionato, bevande, caffè, succhi, frutta, ecc.) a disposizione non solo per la colazione ma per tutto il giorno. Il titolare è di una gentilezza squisita. Il rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente. Esperienza assolutamente da ripetere e consigliare.
