The structure (Guesthouse) has been completely renovated in 2023, access is allowed exclusively through self check-in. The guest will receive a link via email, through which, after entering all the necessary information, an access code to the property will be generated, valid for the entire duration of the stay. The distance from the sea is 240 m on foot, on a sidewalk.

Inside the property, there is a coin-operated vending machine for hot beverages (coffee, cappuccino, tea, etc.), snacks, and drinks.

Very beautiful and spacious room, clean and equipped with every comfort: towels, slippers, hygiene products. The room is fragrant and the bed is comfortable. The only huge flaw, unfortunately, is the rudeness of other guests who didn't close the door of the building; being not very soundproof, our room is right at the entrance, and at night we often woke up startled. Also, the window can only be opened a little as it faces directly onto the street.
