A beautiful, tastefully decorated apartment with a large terrace overlooking the castle park. The photos on the Bed-and-Breakfast.it site are very clear and the wifi is also very good. The apartment is large, nice, and clean and is located at the beginning of the historic center, which sometimes makes parking difficult. The host is very attentive and helpful and responds almost immediately to questions.

I stayed in this apartment out of medical necessity. The host was extremely kind, one of those available, sensitive, and flexible girls. We had a last-minute postponement of the intervention and Laura had no problem postponing the house reservation as well. The apartment is brand new, beautiful, and polished, the location is perfect both for exploring the historic center of L'Aquila and for reaching the hospital by bus or taxi. Laura guided me both in the movements and in recommending where to go for dinner. I just have to add that if all hosts were like her, it would be a perfect world. I apologize for the late review, but thank you again for everything.

The property has its strengths in the bright living area and the terrace, enjoyable for four people. Areas for improvement are the soundproofing of the room, the bed, and the shower floor. There is no parking availability, but it can be found within a 300-meter radius. The host is available and responds promptly. \nEDIT\nI am amazed by the response full of rancor from Mrs. Laura and the false reconstruction of what happened, which does not deserve a reply. I would like to point out that I only gave positive ratings and a 9 to the Host.

Al momento del check-in le ho dato modo di visionare ogni angolo della casa e abbiamo verificato insieme lo stato e la pulizia dell’intero appartamento, come è mia abitudine fare ogni volta. Non mi pare abbia avuto da ridire su nulla, anzi mi è sembrato estremamente contento, si è complimentato. Del resto mi occupo personalmente di curare ogni minimo dettaglio dell’appartamento e sulla pulizia mi sento di garantire al 100%. Il piatto doccia a pavimento può piacere o non piacere. Il materasso, si sa, è una questione di gusti e abitudini. Mi spiace che non abbia fatto menzione della mia disponibilità nel venirle incontro in ogni sua richiesta. Credo piuttosto che la sua recensione molto poco generosa abbia a che fare con il fatto che lei abbia prenotato per due ospiti e poi abbia richiesto al momento del check-in di fare una festa di compleanno per 10 persone. Ovviamente una richiesta impossibile da accettare per qualunque struttura ricettiva sia per questioni assicurative che per ragioni legali. Va da sé il commento sulla “terrazza fruibile per quattro”. Sono pronta ad accettare qualsiasi critica fatta dai miei ospiti, ma la sua non è dettata da buona fede, mi sembra piuttosto una forma di rivalsa che le fa poco onore. Le consiglio in futuro di essere più trasparente con gli host sulle sue intenzioni, e soprattutto di farlo in anticipo così da evitare situazioni spiacevoli e da non mettere in difficoltà chi sta solo svolgendo il proprio lavoro.
