Description

In the ancient Valle delle Mole, in the historic center of Tagliacozzo where the Imele river flows, surrounded by a green pine forest and mills and water streams, you will find THE BORGO LA PARIGINA, a renovated ancient noble palace, with a large terraced garden, a bar, a restaurant, and a medieval tower.

Inside the palace, there is an elegant restaurant and luxurious double rooms with frescoes, furnished with charm.

In the garden, the tower is the jewel of La Parigina, with a delightful bedroom on the upper part, a sitting room, a bathroom, and a kitchenette on the lower level.

Its excellent location allows not only a complete visit to all the places of historical interest in the city center but also walks in the midst of the green pine forest where you will find the source that feeds the Imele river.

There is the possibility of horseback riding or mountain biking to admire the wonders of our chestnut and beech forests.

An ideal place for a relaxing stay, courtesy and friendliness are our strength. It is only 70 km from Rome and 100 km from Pescara with the A 24 highway.

Breakfast is prepared with care, offering customers organic and local products. Mrs. Annalisa bakes delicious ciambelloni, muffins, croissants, and tarts, and selects the best fruit to make jams. On the breakfast buffet, there is also room to enjoy a savory breakfast with local cold cuts, cheese, and many other things.

Restaurant

The Osteria, with its intimate and refined atmosphere, is the perfect setting to indulge in the specialties of Abruzzese cuisine, accompanied by fine labels of local and national wines.

Our chef continuously offers exquisite and refined menus with a typical and genuine taste, mainly made with local products. These menus change periodically with the seasons, making each moment a gastronomic journey into our tradition.

The desserts offered by "La Parigina" Osteria are strictly homemade: creativity combines with love for tradition.

We stayed for one night in the room located in the tower, something exclusive and suggestive immersed in the greenery with a breathtaking view. The room was meticulously curated with high-quality furnishings. Additionally, the friendliness, cordiality, and full availability of Mrs. Gabriella should be noted. Our stay at La Parigina - Il Borgo was just wonderful. The room was beautifully clean and well appointed. Comfortable bed and cozy blankets. The sound of the water outside our window was delightful. Gabriella and Marco could not have been better hosts. They went out of their way to look after us, breakfast was fresh and plentiful. We came as strangers but truly left as friends. We cannot recommend La Parigina more highly. Thank you Gabriella and Marco.

We stayed in the tower for a week. Wonderful accommodation in the green of the well-kept terraced gardens. Cleanliness, comfort and perfect spaces. The hospitality, friendliness and professionalism of Gabriella and all the staff added an extra touch to our already splendid holiday. Thank you, we will definitely come back.

Structure that looks like it came out of a fairy tale, Gabriella the owner very kind and caring except for a small misunderstanding for the reservation has always been available and welcoming. The rooms are very clean and equipped with every comfort, immersed in nature but located in the center of the village just behind the main square (Obelisk square). B&B with a tavern available for lunch and dinner. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
