"The name 'LA NOSTRA MAGIONÈ represents a set of locations located in the Medieval Village of Montepagano, a hamlet of Roseto degli Abruzzi, and is composed of the following:
1- Bed and Breakfast with breakfast included;
2- Tourist apartments for short-term rent, in a non-business form.
Prices vary depending on the period and number of guests, please ask for a quote specifying the number of people and the period in which you want to stay.
Given the highly panoramic position of the Montepagano village, our motto is: 'Between sky, earth, and sea, your eyes will be the window to your soul.'

In the Medieval Village of Montepagano, defined as a 'wonderful terrace overlooking the Adriatic Sea,' you can admire the entire Vomano valley, the Apennines from the mountains of Laga to Gran Sasso d'Italia and Maiella, from the Ortona lighthouse to the Marche coast. Twenty years ago (it was the year 2000) the first recovery began with the restructuring of the "Belvedere", an ancient post guarding the fortified village "Mons Montis Pagus", today's Borgo di Montepagano which constitutes the historic center of Roseto degli Abruzzi. The harmony and atmosphere that you breathe along the ancient alleys and the wonderful panorama have determined the choice of the architects Francesca Catania and Francesco D'Angelo of Roman training, to continue in the recovery of ancient artifacts and structures by carrying out the reception project that is "La Nostra Magione".
The ancient Borgo is a place of undisputed charm, the perfect corollary to the creation of an oasis where you can live away from the chaotic "Slowliving" city rhythm.

A jewel set in the walls of a medieval village from which you can enjoy a breathtaking panorama stretching from the coast to the Apennines. The attention to detail, refinement and aesthetic taste, together with the hosts' cultural sensibility, pervade the different spaces and tell of journeys through objects evocative of memories, places and times. Great location both the Belvedere house, the top, and the Bed and Breakfast. We fell in love with Montepagano: quiet, cool, silent place and close to places of interest, between the Gran Sasso and the sea. A splendid sea with very fine and long sandy beaches! Very kind, helpful people... in short, to come on vacation and to come back. Thanks to the owner of the Bed and Breakfast "La Nostra Magione" for her cordiality, kindness, patience with my thousand questions. See you soon.
