Wrapped in a fantastic atmosphere, near the center of Ortona, the B&B "La Magnolia" is situated in a lovely villa about 5 km from the city. Comfort, courtesy and relaxing blend for peace, which will be found resting under the trees. The bed and breakfast offers guests a welcoming and stimulating environment, ideal for a restful, peaceful and fun offered by many area attractions.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Great location, close to the highway exit, near several points of interest. Very nice B&B, tastefully decorated and very clean. Erica, the owner of the property, is very kind and super helpful.

Given the COVID situation, breakfast was unfortunately based on packaged products, but varied and abundant. The room has a fridge and a coffee/cappuccino machine. The owners are super helpful! The place is inland, but allows easy access to both the sea and the mountains. Nearby there are restaurants and agritourisms that we really appreciated.

Proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile, situato in località tranquilla e ben pulito. Se ne avrò di nuovo bisogno sarà sicuramente la prima struttura che contatterò.

Consiglio vivamente questa struttura, è molto carina e pulita. Erica, la padrona di casa, tanto disponibile e gentile, attenta alle esigenze degli ospiti e ai dettagli (benvenuto in camera con cioccolatini e salatini). Colazione abbondante e completa anche di prodotti gluten-free e senza lattosio.
