Description
The apartment has a living room/dining room with sofa bed, bedroom with double bed and bathroom.

It can accommodate up to 4 people in addition to another bed.

To guests will be reserved the whole apartment.

Guests have a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, crockery, kettle, toaster, towels, hair dryer, iron, air conditioning.

The price includes products for breakfast, the consumption and final cleaning.

The house is inserted in the Limited Traffic Zone. Guests were to arrive by car are requested to send us license plate in advance for free access. The property is well served by convenient parking place under the walls with a lift near the entrance to the B & B.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 20 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 19 to 10 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 20% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 9 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

We had a lovely and relaxing stay at Bed and Blues B&B in Lanciano. Our hosts made us feel very welcome, provided us with many useful tips and suggestions about the services and tourist attractions in the area. The apartment was clean and tidy, fully furnished and equipped with delightful breakfast items and all the necessary amenities for the entire stay. It has been tastefully renovated and decorated with all the comforts to make it feel like home and indeed, in just a few days we simply "stayed at home" and it was fantastic. There is a wonderful courtyard with a patio where you can sit and enjoy a treat, fresh air, and a splendid view of the beautiful landscape of Lanciano and the surrounding area. Bed and Blues is well located in Old Lanciano and is within walking distance of numerous shops, entertainment, and recreational activities, while maintaining the charm and character of the historic center. It is a perfect starting point from which you can plan all your adventures within and around Lanciano. We hope to return to Bed and Blues soon!

Mr. Bonaventura Bove, the owner of the property, is very kind and helpful. He also took the time to show me the right way to set on the navigator. The property is very functional, well-maintained, very clean, and located in the old town center of Lanciano. Definitely worth going back.

Beautiful apartment in the historic center of Lanciano managed by wonderful people. Equipped with every comfort (including air conditioning), it is an excellent base for those who, like us, want to visit the Trabocchi coast. Very strategic location given the large parking lot with an elevator a few meters away and considering the proximity to the pedestrian area where you can find restaurants and shops. To give you an idea of the owners' availability, I can tell you that when we returned from a day at the sea, we found hanging on the front door a bag with a typical sweet: bocconotti. Never was a surprise more welcome. As for the available accessories, among oven, washing machine, dishwasher, induction cooktop, double TV, refrigerator with a small freezer, I was impressed by the stereo with a huge selection of Blues music. In the end... we stayed at Bed and Blues! Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Ottimo! Hanno alloggiato i miei zii e si sono trovati benissimo! In pieno centro storico si va a piedi ovunque (l'unica nota c'è stonava era che c'erano i lavori in corso e per raggiungere con l'auto l'appartamento bisognava fare vie strettissime e poco agevoli e l'ascensore che porta dal parcheggio alla casa c'è solo i determinati orari). Molto bello e accessoriato, i proprietari cordiali, consigliato.

Bed and Blues è situato in una incantevole piazzetta (Piazza dei Frentani) nel cuore dell'antica città. Credo si possa definire (per me lo è) il punto più bello di Lanciano. Il palazzetto è splendido con un vecchio e perfettamente ristrutturato cortile interno al centro del quale un antico pozzo racconta storie d'altri tempi mentre due grandi arcate si affacciano sulle colline intorno e sulle montagne innevate all'orizzonte. Bed and Blues è un appartamento magico. I proprietari hanno saputo conciliare l'antica struttura interna (sapientemente ristrutturata) con la funzionalità di un sobrio arredamento moderno. È accogliente, arredato con molto gusto, molto funzionale e perfettamente organizzato. C'è persino una libreria e la possibilità di ascoltare ottima musica (cosa piuttosto rara a trovarsi) o di vedere i programmi preferiti alla televisione (c'è anche Sky). L'ambiente è spazioso, comodo, pulitissimo e caldo. Il letto e il divano sono comodissimi, la cucina organizzata in maniera incredibile con il frigo ricolmo di varie opportunità di colazione d'ogni genere; l bagno un tripudio di tutto ciò che può servire. I proprietari sono molto simpatici e molto gentili e disponibili. Abbiamo trascorso dei giorni di vacanza veramente belli e contiamo di tornarci presto. Lanciano è a due passi dal mare e a due passi dalla montagna, splendido! Vorremmo ringraziare i proprietari del Bed and Blues e dir loro che torneremo prestissimo! Grazie.
