A few kilometers from the sea, and close to the majesty of the Gran Sasso, surrounded by unspoilt countryside, the B&B La Collina degli Ulivi.
A typical farmhouse renovated family-run farm, in the countryside of a hill, at the foot of the district of "Gran Sasso - Monti della Laga" with the dramatic backdrop of the blue Adriatic Sea. An enchanted place both in summer and in winter, away from the chaos of the city, where you can breathe fresh air and hear noises and sounds of nature. All around the woods and fields where you can walk in the sun. With lovely views from every window and the cool breezes from the mountains make the B&B "La Collina degli Ulivi" the ideal place to relax.
It is nice to know that at any time of the year `s` a place that gives you the opportunity to feel good, to have a stay, moments in full tranquility and beauty made of flavors, landscapes and art that you remain long impression.
Our hospitality
The B&B in the countryside, you will rediscover the pleasure to sleep lulled by the sweet peace of the country, only broken by the chirping of birds. The rooms are simple but essential, have a picturesque view of the surrounding landscape.
The rooms for guests are four and all of large size, four comfortable double rooms with private bathroom, shower, hairdryer, heating and large windows where guests can enjoy a lovely view.
The salon is located on the ground floor, furnished with tables and chairs, allowing guests to stay in the company.
Close to the bright window c `is a sitting area where you can read the newspaper or browse through magazines and books, or just watching a show on TV having a chat with friends.
You will be charmed by the warmth and serenity of the place, the pleasure of the rhythms of life in harmony with nature. The B&B offers a restful and relaxing in an area with vast and varied landscape, trails suitable for walking (walking, cycling).

During breakfast, either my spouse or I personally take care of the service. On the day of check-in, we ask guests if they have any particular needs, if possible. We make available on each table sweet treats from the local bakery, often purchased the same morning, yogurt, juices, jams, Nutella, biscuits, butter, and croissants, all in individual packages. Guests can choose from coffee, tea, cappuccino, or milk. When nature allows, we gather seasonal fruit to serve to our guests.

The welcome, cleanliness and location were excellent. A panoramic view in every direction: mountains, hills and sea and, finally, a journey into the past with the majestic Fortress of Civitella del Tronto. The owners of the property showed exceptional kindness. We will definitely return to this place.

A completely renovated farmhouse immersed in the heart of the countryside under the medieval walls of Civitella del Tronto, with four excellent spacious rooms each with an independent bathroom. In our room "the walnut" the bathroom was so large that it was comparable to the bedroom, with separate shower and bathtub. On the ground floor, a large room designated as a dining room also allows for meals on site, equipped with a fridge, microwave, and coffee machine. From the windows, a breathtaking view of scenic landscapes, surrounded by cultivated countryside, the mountains of the Laga and Sibillini parks and the imposing and marvelous Civitella del Tronto watching over the underlying valleys. Just five minutes from the historic center of the medieval village, where you can taste the most delicious and renowned dishes from Abruzzo and Marche, without having to reduce yourself to poverty. The complete silence both day and night allows for total relaxation, rest, and privacy transforming your stay or simple weekend into a veritable Eden. The price and the cordiality of the manager then complete the paradisiacal offer. Try it to believe!

We were guests at the Bed and Breakfast from Friday to Sunday, August 11, 2024. Mr. Ermanno's availability, kindness, and advice were very helpful for visiting the village and its fortress. It was pleasant to stay at La Collina degli Ulivi, a charming and quiet place to relax and rest surrounded by greenery. The room was comfortable, spacious, quiet, and above all, very clean. Excellent experience with spacious room but the bathroom is a real surprise: it is very large, both with a bathtub and a shower and, unexpectedly, with a support for the sponge and the shower gel. Also, I had never found toothbrushes and combs. We were welcomed by Chiara and her husband Ermanno phoned us to make sure everything was fine.

We were there during the mid-August period for 4 days, lovely place, located halfway between the sea and the mountains, so it's ideal if you want to do both things, clean and comfortable rooms, and quiet, not to mention that Mr. Ermanno, an animal lover, also welcomes them as cherished guests since we travel with two furry children.
