The B&B "La Casetta di Nonna Cecilia", nestled in a charming mountain landscape, is located in the historic heart of the city of San Vincenzo Valle Roveto, an area rich in history, architecture, and culture. This ancient structure offers you a unique blend of past and present to ensure maximum comfort during your stay.

The B&B's location and surroundings offer guests the opportunity to appreciate and purchase local artisanal products, enjoy breathtaking views, and savor the tastes of the area through food and wine itineraries. Additionally, you can participate in cultural events and exhibitions, immerse yourself in the sounds and scents of the numerous gardens in the area.

A short distance from the property, you will find everything you desire to fully experience your vacation, whether you are interested in sports, culture, shopping, or relaxation. From the B&B, you can go hiking, horseback riding, or cycling in the mountains.

This property is perfect for families who want to find the comforts of home during their stay, as well as for business and work trips. It is also ideal for a romantic getaway, to rediscover and find oneself, or simply for those who want to spend time in a natural and unspoiled environment. The rooms offer different options for the bathroom (private, exclusive, or shared), they are heated, and they offer you the freedom to return at any time during the night. Additionally, there is a kitchenette and a bright terrace at your disposal.

The rooms are equipped with all the comforts and come with a hairdryer, a baby cot (upon request), a TV, a mirror, and a luggage rack, as well as a minibar. There are 2 rooms available, one with an exclusive but external bathroom and the other with a shared bathroom. Every morning, you can enjoy delicious Italian and international breakfasts.

A year later, I returned and can only confirm what I have already written: the house (besides being extremely cute) is very well kept and very clean, which is fundamental for me. The location is excellent: it is in the center of Roccavivi, so just a couple of minutes from the state road (22 min from Sora, 41 min from Avezzano, 24 min from the Zompo lo Schioppo reserve - which I recommend you visit). The owners are extremely helpful and, you notice this right away, they are good people. I have already recommended it since last year to anyone who should go to the area, and I will continue to recommend it - even if this means increasing the chances of finding it occupied when I want to go myself. Patience.. the structure is worth it, the owners even more. If you find yourself in the area.. think about it and call without hesitation.
