La Casetta di Lina B&B is a charming establishment that has been recently renovated and opened in August 2024. Located in the heart of Villareia di Cepagatti, it is just a 10-minute drive from the Chieti Scalo train station, Gabriele d’Annunzio University, and the Sant’Annunziata Hospital in Chieti Scalo, while the Megalò Shopping Center is only 2 minutes away.
In the immediate vicinity, you will find a bakery, a pharmacy, a pizzeria, and a tobacco shop, perfect for meeting your daily needs.
The B&B features three double rooms, each equipped with a private bathroom. Two of the rooms can accommodate a third bed, which can be converted into a double bed. Each room is furnished with a television, desk, minibar, Wi-Fi connection, and air conditioning to ensure your utmost comfort.
Check-in procedures are available from 3:30 PM to 8:00 PM, while check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM.
Payment will be required at the time of check-in.

Excellent accommodation inside a small villa a few minutes from Chieti and Pescara and close to the motorway junction. Mrs. Luana is very helpful and welcoming. The rooms are large and have air conditioning and a mini bar. The furnishings are well kept, modern and brand new. Very clean and tidy. The property is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac where it is possible to park two cars outside the house or in an adjacent space. Breakfast is complete with both packaged and homemade products,and the hostess is always available for any additional requests and attends to any preferences. Competitive prices.

Great B&B in a strategic location for going to Pescara and to the mountains for excursions. I highly recommend it. Very quiet, spacious rooms and everything is brand new.

Everything is perfect. Modern rooms, well-furnished and clean. The owner is very kind and helpful. Twenty minutes from the sea and one hour from Gran Sasso.

Excellent house, quiet location that allows you to reach local places in a few minutes both on foot and by car. The owner, who was very kind and helpful, welcomed us. Sweet breakfasts were well supplied. If we wanted to find a small flaw, the hairdryer was missing, but I am sure that if I had requested it, she would have provided it to me.

We stayed at this facility for one night. The Bed and Breakfast is new, furnished with taste and attentive to details, stunning bathroom. Surrounded by silence and very convenient to the highway. Cleanliness and breakfast are excellent! Super positive experience also thanks to the attention and kindness of Mrs. Luana. Highly recommended.

I find this property very convenient because it is 10 kilometers from the highway exit. I called for the reservation and Mrs. Luana, very kind and helpful, really lifted my spirits. Upon my arrival, I found a very well-kept exterior and a fantastic room to welcome me. I renew my sincerest compliments and thank the lady again for her kindness.
