La Casa di Gemma is a small luxurious and modern apartment located on the ground floor of a private building. It can be accessed both from the garden and from the porch and is made up of four areas: living area (with kitchen, dining table, TV, and a comfortable sofa bed), hallway (with laundry upon request), bathroom (including shower), bedroom.
In the B&B, you will have at your disposal a 50" LCD TV with free Sky service and all streaming platforms (to be used by logging in with your subscription), a 4K DVD/BluRay player and free WI-FI. A full kitchen that you can use at your convenience with hob, electric oven, dishwasher and fridge. Do-it-yourself breakfast kit with microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine with ILLY capsules.
Upon request, you will have the MTB e-Bike rental service available accompanied by an expert guide to discover the beauties of nature in the Vomano Valley and surroundings.

Fabrizio, the manager of the B&B, after about 30 years of work in the Financial Consulting sector, decided to give up his work and after his resignation, being a nature and mountain bike lover, he began to discover the tourism and of accommodation, first with "CICLOTURISMO GRAN SASSO" providing its customers with professional accompaniment with pedal assisted Mountain Bikes (e-bikes) and later with "La Casa di Gemma B&B" to also offer its customers overnight stays.

The B&B is located in Villa Vomano, a small fraction of the municipality of Teramo about 8 km away from the capital by expressway. The location is strategic being halfway between the sea and the mountains, 24 km from the Adriatic Sea and 35 km from Prati di Tivo on the Gran Sasso d'Italia.
The Vomano Valley (which takes its name from its homonymous river), is surrounded by green and luxuriant hills where there are numerous villages, many of which are medieval, beyond the hills, the mountain chains of the Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga.
The area is well connected by private means of transport via the A24 motorway exit towards Rome and via the Teramo-Mare expressway towards the A14 Adriatic motorway.
Of course there is no shortage of public transport in all directions and the railway station in Teramo capital.

New and beautiful structure, impeccable cleanliness, very comfortable with a nice garden where you can spend cool moments. Strategic location to reach the Gran Sasso, the Adriatic Sea, and the highway. Fabrizio was very welcoming, very helpful, and endlessly supportive for any need. We spent 10 days here and it was extremely comfortable in every way. Restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, and other services very close by. A++.

La Casa di Gemma is a wonderful, spacious, very clean apartment with a bright and friendly atmosphere. It is equipped with everything one could ask for. La Casa di Gemma is located in a wonderful valley, near Teramo, with quick access to great hikes, mountain biking tours, beautiful villages, and a splendid view of the Gran Sasso mountains. Fabrizio and his wife are the most charming hosts one can imagine. Since Fabrizio also works as a mountain biking guide, he is the perfect contact for any questions about hiking trails, tourist attractions, and restaurants. We can't wait to return soon to La Casa di Gemma!
