Hello everyone, my name is Alba, but everyone calls me Mariella. My family and I run this Bed & Breakfast in Guardiagrele, a beautiful town of 10,000 inhabitants in the province of Chieti. I have a degree in Biology and have taught math and science to many boys and girls for more than 35 years. Through my work, I have learned to love human contact with people, and it is precisely this that my loved ones and I want to offer our guests.
As a good Abruzzese homemaker, I really enjoy preparing typical desserts from our cuisine that will be part of your breakfast. To this day, modestly speaking, the desserts of "Aunt Mariella" are famous and still in high demand. We really enjoy exchanging opinions and ideas with our guests to make the atmosphere familiar and relaxing.
As great lovers and experts of Abruzzo, especially my son and my husband, we will be able to recommend the best places to visit according to your needs and where to eat the best that this land has to offer.

The location is beautiful and the owner is helpful. However, the cleanliness and the provided linens leave much to be desired. Also, the mattresses are a bit too soft and absolutely need to be replaced.

The villa is beautiful and has several apartments. The Lilium apartment is spacious and equipped with a wood oven. The only flaw is the small bathroom, which unfortunately does not have a bidet. The garden is very well-kept. \n\nAlessandro, the owner, was very helpful and kind. He recommended places to see in the surroundings.

Una stanza molto bella, sembrava di essere principe e principessa. Il terrazzo è una meraviglia, la casa immersa nel verde ma nel centri della città. Accoglienza affettuosa e che dire della crostata della signora Mariella?
Passeggiate belle nei boschi a pochi km di distanza. Noi siamo stati in agosto. Sarebbe bello da rivisitare in primavera.
